Still waiting to hear back from manager 3 weeks later and no response.
Low quality job, lots of short cuts made, even with the months they had the car.
Then all of this too-
Car came back with a broken fog light.
Additional damage on car that was attempted to be touched up with touch up paint. Not a good job even with touch up paint.
Car was a mess inside and out. Polish/compound everywhere.
Planning on taking my car to a different shop to fix the work from this shop.

Our Tesla Model Y got hit while in a parking lot. Pacific Auto Body was able to quickly provide an assessment so that we could submit an insurance claim. We did have to wait for parts but once they came in, Pacific Auto Body went right to work fixing our Model Y. Nick was amazing from start to finish. He handled all of communication with our car insurance, getting adjustments as they understood the full extent of the damage and providing updates to us. We had family coming into town and he was able to get us back into our car prior to their visit! Thank you so much Nick and team! If we ever have repair needs, we'll definitely come back to Pacific Auto Body.

Our Tesla was rear ended in Oct 2024. We brought our car to Pacific autobody because it is a recommended body shop for Tesla. Nick Rasar was assigned to our case. Nick was super great at communicating the process every step of the way. He was easy to get ahold of and very clear about everything to expect. Unfortunately the insurance company deemed our car a total loss. This was a stressful process with the insurance company in particular trying to pay for as little as possible. Nick definitely went above and beyond to help communicate with the insurance for us when able. We would recommend pacific auto body and Nick to any of our friends.

Someone backed into my Tesla Model 3 in a parking lot and hit my front bumper. The damage looked minimal at the time, and I even considered letting it go. At the advice of a mechanic friend, I took it to Pacific Auto Body because they were Tesla certified. Bruce at PAB was very transparent at every stage of the process, revealing notable damage both inside and outside the bumper, which ended up having to be replaced and painted. They worked seamlessly with the other driver’s insurance, Geico, to make sure that everything was covered along with my rental car pick up and drop off at their location. I highly recommend this shop and would work with them again based on their professionalism and awesome workmanship.

I took my Tesla Model 3 for repairs and PAB did a great job in getting the vehicle ready. There was some delay due to parts not being available, but they were very responsive while I called for an update. Nick Raser handled my vehicle and I have no complains. Thankyou Nick and PAP team.

I was rear-ended in my Tesla Y a 10-15 mph. Not bad enough for the airbags to deploy, but bad enough for the back hatch to have trouble closing.
PAB put it all back together like new. Nick was my main contact, and he was great: clear communication, great followthrough, great followup.
My auto insurance is with Geico. I think there is mutual trust between the Geico folks and the PAB folks.
In the end I got my car back in new condition, and didn't pay a dollar out of pocket. Highly recommend PAB and Nick.

After much debate, I chose Pacific Auto Body, and I'm glad I did. I worked with Nick who was communicative throughout the entire process. Pacific Auto Body helped out with the best prices they could offer, our vehicle was totaled but their staff was very kind and stayed with us many times to go to the wrecked car and grab our stuff before the it was picked up by the insurance! A lot of cold days at that too!

They took my car but didn’t even start the tear-down process, instead leaving it in their massive parking lot to rack up storage fees. Every time I asked for progress, they said, “next week,” dragging this out for over a month. When my car was declared a total loss, they tried to charge over $3,000 without even starting the tear-down. They also delayed releasing the car to the insurance company and wrongfully withheld my repair check. This entire experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting—stay far away from this shop.
