Doug 3187. Arrived nice and early and cracked straight on with the job at hand. Was less than an hour with carrying out the work on our Hisense oven. Friendly chap. No fuss, no dramas. Did what he had to do. Now got our fan oven working again with a new symbol plate also added as our symbols had all faded. Top man. Top job 👍

Over 3 months still no repair Engineer attended beginning March 2026 Miele dryer 3 yr old said it was needed major repair. Now 16th June 2026 and still NOT repaired. Complete lack of communication Part order, part missing, part recorded still no time frame for repair. Refuse to discuss replacement Absolutely ridiculous lack of communication.
