Accidents happen and in a instant you and your family are thrust into a world of medical treatments, surgeries and much pain. I contacted the fallen riders support group and Mr Ray Bonner who set me up with pace law and assisted with helping with immediate concerns and questions. Pace law was there quickly and efficiently to assist with information and connections for medical support. I signed a contract with this company two years ago after my accident. My file was recently closed, and overall my experience was disappointing. I worked primarily with the paralegal Mykola Koreshunyev, and based on my personal experience, I would rate the service 1 star. One of the main issues was that some medical bills appeared to be overpriced by several thousand dollars. When I raised concerns about this, the issue was not properly resolved through the firm, and I ultimately had to contact the clinic myself to clarify the situation. Another concern was the communication surrounding my settlement. At one point, I requested a full copy of my file because I wanted another lawyer to review my case before making a final decision. In response, I received a message stating that the insurance adjuster would be informed that I was declining the settlement offer, which could result in the offer being withdrawn. I personally felt pressured by this approach instead of being supported as a client trying to better understand my options. If the firm reviews this feedback, I encourage them to revisit the communication history regarding my case. Looking back, I believe I would have been better served by a smaller firm where cases may receive more individual attention and transparency throughout the process. This review reflects my honest personal experience and the disappointment I felt with how my case was handled.

Very professional and friendly. Explained things in detail in simple terms for me to understand. Friendly excellent staff. Phonecalls always returned quickly and every question answered fully. Took great care and made my mva recovery more than i could ask for. Took time to explain all of the details to court and litagaitions. Worst legal team i have ever experienced. So many different people working for Allan chapnick and no one seems to do there job correctly or gather information correctly. Allan him self was very rude in conversation. This team reached out to me stating they could help my son after he was hit by a car they did nothing but waist time. Save yourself a headache and dont let these people represent you.

I consulted the Pace Law team for all legal documents related to a home purchase. The experience was extremely straightforward, and there was absolutely zero stress. The software they used for uploading and displaying documents kept things extremely organized, so I didn't need to sift through millions of emails to find certain documents etc. The lawyer, Nicholas, was efficient, knowledgeable, and took extra time to explain fine details. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of by him. The clerks were especially helpful (Michelle, Carly, & Angelique). I was very much kept in the loop every step of the process.
