However, at some point, my case was reassigned to Mr Charlie Morris, what an absolute professional.
He communicated brilliantly, laying out an expected timescale of events to complete my case, informing me of every development quickly and accurately.
I described him as a breath of fresh air, but in truth, he blitzed through my case like a category five hurricane!
Within six weeks, he had negotiated and agreed a settlement and the funds for my personal injury were in my bank account.

I have completely lost faith in Pabla Pabla Solicitors, and in particular in Charlie, who has handled my case with an unacceptable level of incompetence and delay.
I was involved in an accident in September 2024, where the third party admitted full responsibility. What should have been a straightforward case has instead turned into a nearly two-year ordeal. Throughout this time, Charlie repeatedly claimed to have “lost” emails and key pieces of evidence, forcing me to resend the same documents over and over again. This wasn’t a one-off mistake it became a pattern of careless handling and poor organisation that has directly impacted the progress of my case.
Despite the other party admitting fault, Charlie did not even complete the application to the insurer until February 2026. This level of delay is completely unacceptable. After all that time, the offer that came back was just £1,500 an amount that does not even begin to reflect three months of being unable to work, the physical pain I’ve endured, or the emotional stress this entire situation has caused.
What is even more frustrating is that the case is still not resolved. I am now left waiting yet again while Charlie “speaks to his manager” to explain why the compensation offer is so low. After nearly two years of waiting, I have no confidence that this will be handled properly or promptly.
This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I expected professionalism, efficiency, and basic competence instead, I’ve been met with delays, lost documents, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
Camran was excellent throughout the entire process. He handled everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation feel very straightforward. I was kept updated at all times, and communication through their app was honestly the best part — quick, clear, and really convenient. Highly recommend their services.

I called Pabla & Pabla Solicitors eight times in three days trying to speak to Mr Christian Potter about my case. I left multiple messages and never received a single call back.
Completely unacceptable communication and very unprofessional. Clients should not have to chase this hard just to get a response about their own legal matter.

Recommended by a housing disrepair team and I will NOT recommend their services. My house has had a roof problem and damp for many years I've struggled to get them to do anything, as Patrick emailed back in his complaint response their aim is to get work done and get the case swiftly settled and they did that, the house is in worse disrepair as they rushed my landlords to do was bodge jobs with no one beingo sent out to check the work is at a standard, I was told to sign off works as they was completed and I wrote many times how I was worried about doing that, as what if this was to happen? I was told to just sign it and they'll contact them again and take claim further if needs be.. and now IF I'm able to get hold of him which I'm always the only chasing replies or updates.... Stephen my case handler only seems to chase if they are willing to pay more compensation! Meanwhile I have a leaking roof, stain block paint falling in my baby's bed and black mould patches growing spreading faster by the week and plaster coming away from the wall..
Look around other companies before being desperate enough to use these...
