I was fully satisfied with ur service... I think my daughter will be ur youngest customer 😇. Customer service was excellent. They r available at all time. She was 4 months old, while introducing Paal Actually I need to thank Paal... I was so confused between formula n cow milk She struggles a lot to pass stool while drinking formula... I have low breast milk supply I have no other way..I need to give cow milk... And that too was so critical situation to choose the best... N I spoked to ur team.. they too suggested not to give cow milk but after all the suggestions no other idea. I got Paal for 2 month s n now she gained an average weight. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

I bought PAAL for a few years .While the quality was good ,the delivery services were not .We leave for work by 7.30 AM and inspite of multiple requests delivery will be made after we have left resulting in the milk being spoiled.On several occasions I have told them not to deliver milk after the said time with no response..Finally two months ago I disconttinued the subscription .In spite of multiple reminders they have not closed the account and refunded the deposits .
