I was told I would receive a complimentary essential experience and chose a facial prior to my Botox appointment. I arrived at the time scheduled for my facial that would be followed by Botox When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. I dinged the bell 3 times with 5-6 minutes between dings. Finally, someone came and checked me in and told me someone would be with me soon. I waited another 15 minutes. Then I was taken back for the Botox but no facial. The woman administering the Botox was very good but as a whole, I felt this business was disjointed and unorganized. The woman giving the Botox was great! Everything else was ‘Meh’.

Buyers beware! I bought a groupon for Botox. When my service was completely the receptionist said I owed another $250.00 for special fee of $15.00 because they area a green company! As well as a required tip of $189.80. Lastly a $49.00 fee for a nurse to medically clear me for the procedure even though the the staff person performing the procedure is a Physician assistant. The PA was wonderful, I just feel the Spa is not being truthful and misleading!

Good Faith Medical Exam ($49):
All injectable services require a medical evaluation prior to treatment. This is disclosed in our MedSpa policies and is required to ensure your safety and compliance with Minnesota medical standards. Even when treatment is performed by a Physician Assistant, a separate medical clearance is still required.
Service Charges & Environmental Fee:
OYESPA applies a small sustainability/green fee that supports our ongoing environmental initiatives. This fee is listed in our MedSpa policies and applies to applicable services as part of our B‑Corp and sustainability commitments.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is never required for MedSpa services. If a gratuity amount appeared on your receipt or was discussed in a way that felt mandatory, that is not our intention and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We take this concern seriously and are reviewing this internally.
Groupon Disclosures:
Groupon vouchers cover the promotional service only. Any required medical exams, additional units, or optional add‑ons are disclosed both on the Groupon terms and during your consultation prior to treatment.

I recently had my haircut with Tiffany at Oyespa and had a fantastic experience! Tiffany is a true hair genius – she's incredibly professional, warm, and really listened to exactly what I wanted, even guiding me through a big transition. The cut turned out beautifully, exactly as I envisioned, and the salon itself is gorgeous with a relaxing vibe and great-smelling Aveda products.
