Good afternoon Meredock, thank you for your feedback regarding your most recent visit Saturday evening. We very much appreciate all reviews as these can only help us celebrate success or develop new ways of winning within the team. We are sorry to hear that we had not kept on top of park cleanliness during our peak periods this is always something we are working on to improve standards at all times of the day and week. The park is fully safety checked every day during opening and close checks so I can assure you that there are no unknown H&S risks for any of our guest visits as I don't know of any areas of the park which were closed other than our high ropes which only operates as advertised between the hours of 12:00-17:00. I do hope we can take on learnings from your feedback and can welcome you back soon. Thank you

I am very sorry to hear that we did not deliver the experience that you would of enjoyed and expected. The high ropes as detailed on the web site operate between the times of between the hours 12:00 -17:00, however the Ninja warrior course should of been open for your to enjoy and participate. I will address this feed back with the team on duty to ensure that we can improve on our delivery of creating WOW moments and being the pioneers of play.
