I was so pleased with my experience with Overhead Door. They came out same day. Carl was excellent! He was very kind and professional. He didn't have the spring he needed on his truck so he got someone to bring the part, instead of leaving and having it take longer. He was very quick and he spayed the chain so now is quieter than is ever been! I thought the price was very fair. I would definitely use them again and I would request Carl.

OMGGGGGG!!! I’m so happy with the service! I had problems with 2 garage doors. One spring broken and sensor not working. We called them Tuesday and Wednesday morning were fixing it! Sooo cheap! They got it fixed like in 30 mins !!! We had the issue for months because didn’t know who we can trust out doors, but def would get the service again’ highly recommend!!!! The guy was so nice!!! So happy with the service! Thank you! By the way they drove to plattsburg

They replaced my torsion spring the same day I called. Brian looked over my door and did some other preventative maintenance. Door sounds and works better than it did before my spring broke. This is the definition of stellar service.

Your service technicians were polite and on time. However, your instore representative, Lorna is rude, speaks too fast, and is lacking in people skills.. She could use some help. I believe she would benefit if she accompanied her technicians on their repair trips.
Installing a keypad is almost impossible for laypeople. I would like the owner of this store to contact me.
I had a garage door stop functioning on Thursday evening. I got on their website and within 5-10 minutes, I had an appointment set for the very next day. Brian called on his way to confirm our time and he had me back up and running within an hour. He was very professional, as well as personable. A rare thing these days, which was quite a welcome surprise! Not only would I recommend this company for your garage door related needs, but if you're able, request Brian, he was a pleasure to deal with and won't disappoint. He sure didn't with me! (attn management: he's an asset to your company, thank you for sending him my way! ) And thank you for the veteran discount, we all appreciate that very much.

Since moving to St. Joseph, MO a few years ago we've had Overhead Door out to the house a few times. Once was for the large/main door spring. And the 2nd time was to have a strut added on our 3rd car garage door.
I called on a Sunday and a weekday & both times Overhead Door answered the phone quickly and were very helpful.
We were added to the schedule and technicians arrived in a timely fashion to fix our issues. The techs were informative, courteous, and did the job right the first time.
On top of the great customer service & communication was the price for parts and service. The invoice was fair and an overall value!

Don’t waste your time, call Weaver Overhead Door instead…. I called trying to get service for my garage door. It took 5 minutes to connect me with a person, at which time I was told I was being transferred to the service department. I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one picked up. I hung up and called Weaver. Weaver treated it like an emergency and showed up immediately and replaced my entire commercial assembly (springs, tension shaft, steel cables) in an hour. If your time is valuable just give Weaver a call.
