Our motor had broken on a Sunday, we were able to get Overhead Doors to come out first thing on Monday morning. What a lifesaver, Austin did a fantastic job installing our new Motor on our Garage Door he was very patient with us, and answered all the questions and concerns we had before he left. This is twice we did business with Overhead Doors and we have been very impressed with their work and we would highly recommend to any of our friends and family. Please tell Austin that we were very impressed in watching how steady and efficient he worked.

We had a very techical automated tracked gate installation. Six components to include motor, safety sensors, transmitters, key pads and hardwiring had to be synchronized for an solid panel, 6' x 14' gate to open and close seamlessly. Adrian headed the install and was a great communicator was very professional during the three day process. Most telling, the were several very small issues.. but were addressed promptly. Again, great communication and very professional!

This is the best service repair I think I've ever experienced. The young lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful being I called on a Monday morning. Her voice was cheerful and she was awesome!! She gave me the time frame that the technician should be at my home and told me he would call before coming. He called and spoke very pleasant as well and let me know he was on his way during the time frame I was given, then upon arriving he gave me an estimate and had the garage door fixed within 20 minutes. I will highly suggest this company to anyone who asks about garage door repair. The technicians name was Arthur and he is very skilled in his profession. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady who answered the phones name as I would like to recognize her as well. Thank you to your company for hiring and such professional and skilled people who do their job excellently!!!

We have been using OHD for several years at our facility. One of our door's spring broke. Our trash compactor is on the other side of that door. This was something that couldn't wait. I highly recommend OHD. Very prompt, showed up on time, assessed the situation, and made a temporary fix until parts could arrive. Great communication, texted me in the morning to let me know when he would arrive. They went above and beyond to help get our door fixed. Thanks Vince for all your hard work!

Very disappointed. We scheduled an appointment online to have our garage door assessed. The website says FREE estimate. What they don’t tell you is that this is for a complete replacement, not a repair. He gave us a quote and then charged a $70 service fee. We were going to get another quote and likely go with this company because they are local, but they will not be getting our business for the full repair. The website is not transparent.

I called after 6pm, and they answered the phone (not like that "other" company I called who didnt reply til late the next day). The lady at Overhead was very pleasant and scheduled our repair for the very next day. Vitaly showed up, on time, and expertly diagnosed our problem, readjusted the door, fiddled with the opener to make sure it was ok, and explained everything as he went along. A very professional job, and well worth the service call. Today, a week later, it's still working smooth as silk. Wish I had called Overhead months ago when the door first started acting up. There's a reason Overhead has been in business for such a long time. Thanks Vitaly!

Called for repair work. Company sent Vitaly next day. He saved me money by giving me the option to fix the capacitor instead of requiring the replacement of entire unit. Also performed routine maintenance and programmed the remotes on my car (which I had unsuccessfully attempted myself). Price was reasonable. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Very professional and thorough. I will request same service person for future repairs. Only suggestion - 4-hour service window too long. If possible, would be helpful to schedule appointment with a 2-hour window.

Worst company I have ever hired. Extremely poor workmanship, incompetent customer service and the complete inability to standby their product. I would give them zero stars if that was a possibility. 4 stain grade doors, installed with the wrong hardware, hinges that broke within the first year and multiple panels that cracked within the first year and a half. I should never have given my business to this company and I will absolutely seek help for another garage door company for any future issues. Do Not Hire them. You will regret it.
