Had a cricket needed axle replacement under Warrenty, quick in and out Zach and Jason (tech) efficient and professional. Will be back for more services in the future! Zach asked Jason not to raise the height and I barely scraped the top of the garage unladen. Great job!

Great service. We just purchased our Shasta Phoenix 367BH. We came from out of town so the transaction started over the phone. From start to finish, the service was great. When we arrived, I signed all of the paperwork and was taken to service for a walk through and inspection. In days prior, I had asked for a special pin box to be installed for an additional cost and they had no problem doing that for me. The 5th wheel works like it is supposed to and the folks at Outback RV made sure that purchase was as seamless as possible. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I highly recommend this place for service, I went in for a leak, new water pump & awning motor. They found an open valve that was causing the leak & not getting pressure to the motor. No awning motor needed, realign the awning & put a new fuse!!! Left with a bill under $175.00, couldn’t be happier. Thank you Zack & the service guys!!

A year ago we bought our second RV from Jack Smith at Outback RV of Texas. We upgraded from our bumper pull to a new 2019 Phoenix 285RL fifth wheel. We absolutely love it and can’t say enough about how much fun we’re having. We take the rig out at least once per month year round. And anytime we had either of our RVs in for warranty work, shop technicians Adrian, Greg, and Zach have gone above and beyond while helping to get us back on the road. My wife and I highly recommend Outback RV of Texas. You are more than just a customer to them. You become a friend!

If you want your RV repaired and not have it take 3 months come here. My slide gearbox was broken. Service manager diagnosed, got extended warranty approval and parts received in 2 days. 3 days later I was back picking up my repaired 5th wheel. Everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I chose Outback. (Sounds like a car ad...lol) Thanks!
