i had an excellent experience with OUAC. Not only did my orders turn out superbly well in terms of both taste and visual aspects, but the owner herself is extremely nice. By mistake i had placed an order for Saturday whereas i needed the cake for a gender reveal on friday. at 7 when i called her to ask where the cake was she told me that the order was registered for the next day. i was shocked and extremely tensed about how i would now face my guests. but the owner was so so sweet... not only did she reassure me verbally she even pulled through with the cake and had it delivered in an emergency within 2 hrs. i was truly amazed at such wonderful customer support.. she could have chosen to do nothing since it was my own fault but still she pulled through for me. 10/10 recommended

We just tasted the cake and no doubt the taste was so good. Most of the time, only the presentation of the cake is good not the taste. It's mostly heavy eatable and left in fridge. But everyone in my family had your cake because it was light weight and delicious. And not to forget, the presentation was SO UNIQUE! Ditto of what i sent you for reference. The color, elements and the writing. Very professional 👏 the money i spent was totally worth the investment ❤️ Allahumma barik, may allah bless your business even more. Ameen 100% recommended

I was looking for an urgent (same day) customized Shadi Mubarak cake which was supposed to be a surprise for my niece’s Chauti I contacted almost more than 20 different businesses including big and small but all of them refused to take order saying that the timeline was very short. I had lost my hope but then received reply from Once Upon A Cake saying that they would be able to accommodate my order. We discussed what I want, for how many people and what is the deadline for delivery. In short when my order was confirmed it was exactly 2:32 pm and I had requested cake to be delivered by 7pm max. To be honest I was spectacle about the delivery of cake in time since many big businesses had already refused saying it was too late and was also super concerned if the cake would come out the way I wanted. To my surprise the cake was delivered way earlier than the expected time and the cake looked fantastic!! It was not only a beautiful looking cake but the taste was 100 out of 100 as well! I am very impressed by not only the quality and taster of their cake but also their professionalism, business ethics and above all their daring attitude to accept challenge (since it was a race against time). They not only met the challenge but exceeded 10 times more than expectation! I am totally a fan !!

It was my first ordering with once upon a cake and it was beyond my expectations. Your baking skills are outstanding, each layer couldn't be better than the other. Customization was fabulous it was a hit with our guest.
