I started with Cian the first week of January 2024 hunched over, unable to walk and lift/carry any sort of weight. I had a damaged back/hip and sciatica on my left side. I was in a huge amount of pain and discomfort. After the initial assessment I was left feeling confident because of Cians approach. Fast forward around 14 weeks and I am a completely new person. Cian started with just basic movements and breathing exercises which allowed my body to move more freely and start the healing process. From there one session a week we slowly increased my work load of re learning how to walk and eventually run. Its been a few weeks now since my last session and I am back in the gym full time and slowly increasing my weights and running times and no issues at all. I can’t recommend Cian highly enough. No matter how big or small your issue might be Cian is the person you need.

Cian is very professional. Takes his time to listen to queries, concerns you may have and explains everything in a simple manner. He has helped me greatly in my knee replacement exercises and putting my mind at rest. I've no hesitation in recommending Cian.

Cian listens to you, he hears what you say and he sees the bigger picture. Very professional, would not go anywhere else now. Highly recommended - the results are amazing, once you put the work in and follow his programmes.

I injured my lower back recently and went to Cian for physio. He was very friendly and and gave some great advice as well as showing me what to do to help my back. Overall, I had 6 sessions and am completely pain free. I'd highly recommend him.

Very good professional, has a lot of technical knowledge that helps understand your injury and how to fix it. As it is my case, it also offers the flexibility to attend consultation on Saturday. I would recommend him to anyone.

I began my consultation with Cian a number of weeks ago, following an injury I obtained during work. It was fair to say that from the outset, Cian had an indepth knowledge of his trade. The following weeks proved successful thanks to Cian's knowledge and professionalism. The result is that I'm now back to normality with a little extra. I have more strength than previous my injury, and the confidence to do more than previous. I continue to do the strength exercises instructed to me by Cian, and these have proved to be fruitful. I highly recommend O' Toole physiotherapy. There's no one else more suitable for the task. Cian is a true professional, and a decent fellow - You won't find better. My son attended Cian after he had a latarjet procedure to stabilise the shoulder. Cian’s recovery plan was excellent and my son was able to use the app to follow the program and also record how he did after each session. The online booking system is great. Cian is an excellent physiotherapist and highly recommend him.

Great service and attention , well worth a visit

I’ve been going to Cain for 4 or 5 weeks now with a back problem he has me fully back to normal now thankfully he’s very professional brilliant at his job explains everything in detail and his videos are great I would highly recommend him
