Very selfish. Only take cases of lead poisoned children if they are a very high percentage. They are after money - they do not care about your case. They are a scam. Called and the customer service was terrible including talking to the attorney Brian orlow. Find another law firm to represent you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand and deeply regret that your experience with our firm did not meet your expectations. At The Orlow Firm, our goal is to provide compassionate and effective legal representation to those in need.
Regarding our case selection process, we operate on a contingency basis, which means we do not charge fees unless we recover compensation for our clients. This necessitates a careful evaluation of each case's potential outcomes based on the specifics of the situation, including medical assessments like lead levels in children. If the lead exposure is not sufficiently proven to affect the child’s health and development, the likelihood of a successful claim might be limited. This is a standard legal practice aimed at ensuring that we focus resources where there is a tangible way to help.
Please know that our priority is always the well-being of the children and families we represent. We are here to assist those who have been significantly affected by lead poisoning, seeking justice and compensation on their behalf.
We would be happy to discuss your concerns or any specific case in more detail to explore possible ways to assist. Feel free to reach out to us directly at (646) 647-3398.
Thank you again for your feedback. It is important to us and helps us to improve our services.
