First experience to Carlos Bakery
Great experience with Carlos Bakery and all staff that was working that day 🤙🏼especially all the cakes and all yummy pastries which was very nicely decorated. Looks just like the on the episodes I watch! Yum🤙🏼
Wonderful friendly Anna was my customer service lady on the day my family came in from Southern California on my December visit with my in-law family lives in Cornwall on the Hudson. The lobster tail pastry is the best!!! Also the lemon filled pastry. Thank you for all you do!!

I don't know how anyone is eating the food here. I got two canolies and both were stale and spoiled. The cream literally had a blue cheese flavor to it, which means something was growing inside it! This alone should have made me stop trying the rest of the items!
The cake slices are prepackaged now and taste worse than shoprite cakes which cost 15 bucks for a whole 12 inch round.
The cookies taste like the toll house soft cookies, ie the worst grocery store cookies you can buy.
The Dubai cupcakes were crusty/stale, and the pistachio cream had a rancid taste.
The only slightly good item was the lobster tail. And even that only the pastry was good, the filling was extremely liquidity, not fluffy and creamy like any other bakery.
Oh and everything was incredibly sweet. No need to be even 1/4th as sweet.
Terrible quality control on every item. I'm glad I ordered via Uber so I at least got my full money back.
I am extremely disappointed with the cake I received. I spent $600 and what I was given looked nothing like what I ordered — it genuinely looked like it had been run over. For such an important occasion, this was embarrassing, upsetting, and completely unacceptable.
I reached out to the company multiple times by phone and never got an answer, and I also contacted them online with no response. For the price I paid and the expectations I had, the lack of quality and communication is shocking. I would not recommend ordering from this bakery unless improvements are made in both customer service and product quality.
Been wanting to visit here since I was very little and finally got a chance. Ordered a bunch for pick up, very quick service! Everything we got tasted absolutely amazing and my mom and brother said the canollis were the best they’ve ever had and they’ve had from Italy before! Definitely will be making the few hours trek back at some point when we can. They proved that it’s so worth it!
Pasamos a comprar unos pasteles de chocolate, para mi nuera que había dado a Luz a su segunda hija para llevarle de regalo (le encanta el chocolate) y aunque hablo poco inglés.. con el traductor del móvil, el chico que me atendió amabilisimamente, me comprendió y me explicó varios a través tambien del móvil.
Con pistacho, con almendras, coco etc..
Y una cooky de calabaza para mi nieta mayor.
Todo buenísimo..y una atención de 10!!!
