PHENOMINAL * GREATLY SATISFIED 20 OUT OF 10 * AWSOME TEAM * FABULOUS PEOPLE How many good words can be say about this fantastic company, ORBITAL TRANSPORT!!...except, how lucky they are to have "T" working for them. Trenique ("T"), was not only the best driver, she has an amazing personality. There were several issues that my situation created, and she took every moment with a smile and an attitude of, "We're gonna get this done for you". I am very honored to have been part of her learning curve. You could have never guessed this was her 1st job of this sort and let me tell you what!!!! When we hit our 1st situation, her coach (boss), GRANT was right there to help her through it. WHAT A TEAM!! This transport was like no other most of us are used to. The Pick up and the drop off were UNBELIEVABLE!! I will be talking and promoting "T", Grant and Mary at ORBITAL TRANSPORT for a very long time!! If you don't call Orbital Transport first, you are making a HUGE MISTAKE!!! SUE FRAZIER

Orbital Transport picked up and transported my 40’ high cube across the country and Mary did a great job coordinating the move! The drivers (Jesse and Ryan) were very careful with loading and unloading, and were considerate of where to drive and park. Everything was very timely and professional. Buyers be warned. Had a 40’ high cube moved from Texas to Illinois. Getting scheduled wasn’t too bad. on pick up day in Texas I was call and told it was too heavy and would have to pay more. After looking into it further the container was stuck on the trailer. While leavening the Texas location the container hit the fence post. This caused no damage so not a problem. Upon arriving in Illinois the driver was great trying to work the stuck container off the trailer. Once he broke the container free it slid off the trailer and through our fence. As of now still no solution for the fence. I worked on getting a quote to repair the fence. Once I submitted the quote they said labor was too much and want to send somebody out to compare pricing. Over a month later with me calling every week no update, no second quote, and no answers.

I would not hire them again. Promised us their drivers could make it to our home. Instead they didn’t even try and delivered our containers to a storage yard an hour and a half away. We finally got them delivered three days later and for an additional 2600 dollars. Everything was smooth until they had our containers hostage. Do not use them.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to respectfully clarify that this review appears to have been left for the wrong company, as this website represents a different part of our operations. The service you’re referring to was provided by a division of our company.
That said, we’d like to provide some context. The night prior to your scheduled delivery, it had rained, and upon inspection, the ground was determined to be too soft to safely support a 60,000 lb crane offloading two fully loaded 40' containers. For safety reasons—both for your property and our operator—we had to re-route the containers to a local wrecker, who then arranged final delivery using a Landoll trailer.
Unfortunately, during the final delivery, the second driver became stuck in the mud. This happened because he wasn’t informed that it had rained again, after arrangements were made directly with you. As a result, a wrecker was required to remove the vehicle, and those charges were, unfortunately, your responsibility.
We want to be clear: at no point were your containers held “hostage,” and we communicated consistently throughout the process. We understand your frustration, but we cannot control the site conditions, and we must prioritize the safety of the equipment and personnel involved.
We’re happy to connect you with the appropriate division if you’d like to discuss this further. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide the best possible service to all of our customers.

I couldn’t say enough nice things about the Orbital staff. The entire crew, from the office, to the drivers and especially Grant; top shelf human beings. We had them move and place our container homes and couldn’t be happier. We had a couple of logistical hiccups (on our side) and the Orbital team was easy to work through them with. The transportation, ability and insight of these folks is second to none. Great business to work with.

Our initial uncertainty about using a service based in Toledo was quickly dispelled by the smooth and efficient delivery process facilitated by Grant and Issac's specialized Sidelift Crane Truck. This innovative solution eliminated the need for a crane to lift our container and place it on the ground, making the entire process seamless and hassle-free. On the day of delivery, we encountered an unexpected challenge. Norfolk Southern (NS) refused to release the container on their truck Chessy because it was not allowed, and they needed a regular one, which was totally upside down. This was a significant setback, especially considering it was during the Holiday season when finding another logistics company available on the same day is difficult. But without any delay, Grant was on it, engaging another transport company in Columbus to drag our containers from the railroad to their yard. I called this scam outfit to move a 20’ container 3 miles for me. They assured me they could do it with their fancy “side loader”. They told me they can move containers the others cant, all they need is to get next to it. What they don’t tell you is it has to be on drivers side and they need 40’ past containers to pick it up. Still not sure how they think thats any kind of advantage. So I scheduled my move. When driver showed up he called me to say he wont do it because the gravel drive it’s sitting on has snow on it and he cant go past it because it will be in the yard. So I find someone else, a normal truck, who moved it the following day with no issues. Now this scam company orbital transport is billing me for doing absolutely nothing, except wasting my time. If you need a container moved, do yourself a favor and call someone else, anyone else.

I have been trying for literally months to be a customer. They have my details but refuse to call me back, answer my Facebook messages. I asked to have the owners voicemail to leave a message but that request was refused. I’ve left messages for Tim, the sales manager but his girl in the office ( very unpleasant person) says he is very busy. He is too busy to make a 2 minute phone call or a text. I recommend looking elsewhere. It’s quite obvious these people are not professionals or even courteous Response to owners response. All I asked you to do was call me to discuss the matter, but you must be too important to do that !
