I was not super excited about having to get glasses. When I went in to this place, the two ladies there who helped me were FANTASTIC. This is not just your typical place where they say, "yeah, yeah, here try these glasses"... this is the type of place where they say, "we want you to look FABULOUS and keep working until we find the PERFECT pair of glasses for YOU". and that is just what they did. I never in a million years thought I would actually LOVE my glasses and the way I look in them, and I really, really do. Thank you so much to Ms. Fleur Nelson, a VERY experienced eyeglass fashion expert, and the young woman helping her, because my glasses are WONDERFUL and I never would have found them without their help. This place is AMAZING. I can not say enough good things about them!
I feel very fortunate to have found Optique de Fleur, not having had good luck buying glasses in the past. Fleur takes as much time as you need to help you find the perfect frames (and she has many choices!), to fit your glasses, and to make sure you're perfectly satisfied. Fleur's assistant, Yvette was a wonderful help, too, encouraging me to go outside to make sure I liked the frames in daylight and following up after purchase with great customer service. I will never go anywhere else for my optical needs!

Went in today to get new glasses for my son on the recommendation of our ophthalmologist after two other glasses shops messed up and left him with glasses that were useless. Fleur was very patient and took the time to make sure the frames fit his face - I’ve never had an optician actually do that in 35 years of wearing glasses! I was incredibly happy with the experience, and I’ll be using Fleur again in the future for the rest of my family.
The definition of a great small business! I found Fleur while trying to find replacement nose pads for my now defunct glasses. She was kind enough to check her stock and though she didn't have them (they were obscure), her dedication to helping people impressed me. And I decided that the next time I needed glasses, I was going to her. Well, I did. She and Yvette helped me pick out the perfect frames and, when the lab made an error, got the lenses redone at no cost to me. Great selection + style + competitive prices + attention to detail + immaculate COVID protocols + incredible customer service grounded in integrity and kindness = 5 stars!
