Wow!! 5 stars isn't enough. I thought my hard drive was fried after my computer stopped working. Not only did he manage to fix the problems, not only are his rates beyond reasonable, not only is he a dell certified trained technician, not only did he gave further tips n prolong my computer but he ahs great manners also. Trust me you wont regret calling him.
