This has to be the worst service I have ever dealt with they own a condo here in Tamarac fl and the place. Was never cleaned they didn't fix anything which they promise the would 30 day of living there. It's been a year now and they never attend to any of my maintenance issue. But if I'm late , they are ready to threaten me with eviction. I'm so desperate to find someone I can talk to in higher up to deal with this matter. There has to be something that can be done. I painted the walls I cleaned the grout out the tiles the place nearly caught on fire because the socket the water heater was connected to was burning smh
Alicia Smalls was our agent and I would never recommend her, or this company, to anyone I know. She drastically misrepresented the property we ended up signing a lease for (she showed us on Facetime) and when we arrived and saw the state of the apartment she claimed “she had not seen it”. She is a very slimy agent and we were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided. Again, would not recommend her or this company to anyone.
