Simona undertakes work for me at UCL and I'm continually blown away by her expertise and drive. Simona keeps herself up to date with employment legislation and always has the answers to our questions, many of which are highly complex. Simona also provided impeccable employee contract templates and employee policies. I would absolutely recommend Optima HR, they're outstanding value for money.

I used Optima HR services to hire and onboard a research analyst. They were extremely professional and friendly, guiding me through each step and providing the relevant document templates as and when needed. The follow ups, reminders and courteous calls made the whole experience of working with them very positive.
