We operate a small e-commerce business from home with three networked computers and have been a client of Operum Ltd, formerly PC Services, since 2007 according to our records. From the beginning their IT experts have made home visits to rectify problems and to advise us on purchases and upgrading equipment. They have nearly always solved whatever the problem was within the first hour, and never exceeded two hours. We have been happy with the computer models they have recommended, set up and serviced for us. We have developed friendly relationships with the technicians who have visited, only two in all this time, which says much for the stability and continuity of the firm.
