horrible experience with a top creator I want to warn people about a terrible experience I had on OnlyFans with Sophie Rain. I was scammed out of $500 through false promises and misleading tactics in private messages. She advertised specific content that she never actually delivered, and every time I raised concerns, she used new excuses to keep getting more money out of me. This happened multiple times, and it was made clear she never intended to provide what was agreed upon. It’s shocking that Sophie Rain is promoted as one of the top users on their platform despite using manipulative and predatory practices. If OnlyFans continues to allow this type of behavior from its creators, I believe they will face a wave of chargebacks and lose customer trust. I strongly urge anyone considering subscribing or paying extra for so-called “exclusive” content to be extremely cautious. My experience shows that their system enables scammers like Sophie Rain, and OnlyFans does little to protect paying customers.

Dont buy custom video from Chris Diamond I bought a custom video by Chris Diamond in two steps. First, I paid $6500 for him to produce a video with CJ Miles. It got into trouble. A few months later, I added another $3000 for a larger video, but it also got into trouble. I had a video call with Chris, where he explained himself and promised to fix everything. We agreed on two other girls. Anyway, he finally sent two videos, which were filmed long before we agreed on these girls. I complained to Onlyfans support, but they couldn't do anything because it was past 3 months when the refund limit was. I also complained to Chris, as I thought this was scamming, but he only responded that I got what I paid for. $9500 for two videos that I could have bought for $25 if I had just waited until they were released.

This is ridiculous I was a big supporter of Onlyfans until recently, felt like I was walking on eggshells the entire time, making sure I didn't make any mistakes to violate any terms of service. I don't break rules, I don't repost anything anyone sends, I play by the rules and what happens? My account gets deactivated and blacklisted, I've spent more than my fair share on content on that site, my choice I know but I'm honestly disgusted at how it was handled, the communication given and am at a loss for words. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Beware the con I paid a professional adult star $350 (almost half a week's pay for me) for a custom video, after she told me it would be ready within a couple days. In the week's since then, she's continued spamming me with attempts to get me to spend more, while ignoring my repeated attempts to find out when/if I can ever expect to see the video I paid for. Unfortunately, it also seems that Onlyfans provides no customer protections, and if one of their users steals from you, there's nothing you can do about it. Seems like a hotbed of thieves and scammers.

Hired staff impersonate models in chat - FRAUD Consistent with other reviews, I have found multiple circumstances where the content creator (model) is NOT the actual person communicating with you on OF even though they tell the subscriber they are in fact communicating. Many models PAY agents, management companies, and others to manage their feed on OF for them. These "hired" people then "impersonate" the model and use the first person, "Yes its me", and "I", falsely and fraudulently, to give the subscriber the impression that they are communicating with the model, but in these cases, THEY ARE NOT! Asking for a spontaneous photo with a time stamp, or a request to "put your finger on the tip of your nose" and take a photo, are denied, for the simple reason that the actual model IS NOT at the keyboard, and could not spontaneously do that for you. In these cases, the subscriber is being deceived by an imposter. OF, for their part, when pushed to confirm or deny this, not only ADMITTED that "content creators can use agents, management companies, and other 3rd parties to OPERATE their account for them, but DEFENDED that its perfectly ok with them for IMPOSTERS to operate a content creator's account and LIE to the subscriber about who they are chatting with. So a subscriber might think they are having an intimate chat with a professional model, but in reality, they are chatting perhaps with a STAFFER not even of the same sex as the model! CREEPY! The conversation in chat with this STAFFER is designed to give a false sense of a true, real connection with the subscriber and is completely false, intended only to convince the subscriber to spend more money on behalf of the content creator. The staffers are seemingly trained to embellish that a subscriber has actually created a true friendship with the model, when in reality, this is closer to a CONFIDENCE / ROMANCE SCAM. In addition to the time stamp photo denials, simultaneous messaging on OF and IG for the exact same model, was easily busted as NOT THE SAME PERSON and that in one particular case NEITHER was the actual model, both the OF and IG streams were run by HIRED STAFFERS. The FBI refers to this as "impersonating another person online for the purpose of soliciting money in another person's name". OF refers to this as "described in our policies and guidelines."

Not a scalable user experience The problem is, OF is a social media platform, but it's used as a basic sales platform as well. When creators become popular, sales are their primary focus, however OF is not set up as a proper sales platform it is designed with a social aspect in mind, a social aspect that simply doesnt scale up to demand. It also means that the sales features are so basic that a user can be easily scammed or at best mislead as to the value of something. If you subscribe to a very popular creator, the chances are they will largely ignore you unless you are sending them money on a regular basis. This is because the system is set up to prioritise messages with tips or with purchases. If you have more money than sense, this site may give you some joy, but otherwise prepare to be treated like meaningless dirt in the long run.

Legalised scamming on a global scale. Typically you pay a subscription fee to follow a creator, but sometimes they will give out free trials to lure you in. All you see is a post that looks much like a Twitter feed. The creator gives you sweet FA here... all the content is pay-per-view provided by the direct messaging (DM). The creator I followed was Mila Azul. Her 'sets' are typically 1 or 2 short videos (you're lucky if they go longer than 3 minutes) and around 12 photos... all taken with her smartphone. Her prices vary, but typically she was charging $50 US for one of these sets. Now, her prices have skyrocketed to over $150 for an unlock... needless to say I NEVER did an unlock at this price. To say the content is not value for money would be an understatement. But the worst thing of all is that you are promised direct contact with the creator via the DM. In reality, Mila has hired scammers to catfish you. They pretend to be her, they will sext and flirt with you and even ask you to send them a dick pic! Under the illusion of thinking you are having direct contact with Mila, the unlock prices go up again! Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is known as fraud and is as illegal AF! Finally, OnlyFans say that if you cancel your subscription you will lose access to everything you've already paid to unlock. You need to be logged in to OF to view your purchased content as it is all streamed (however, if you Google search, there are ways to download your purchases from the site). Overall:- A complete waste of money and OnlyFans is the biggest scam going in history. The whole company should be taken down and their CEO should do jail time.
