No responsive customer service
The transaction was smooth, however the delivery was lost by the courier and although I tried multiple times to email onepoundsweets I never received any acknowledgment or response. We are now over 2 weeks since the order was reported lost and I have still had no response and no delivery. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank in hope of getting a refund. Would definitely not recommend.

Disgraceful trick for Black Friday
I bought a jar of dolly mixtures as a Christmas present and was so pleased I went online to reorder as the Black Friday deal has 15% off. I was dismayed to find that the price had been increased by 50% (in just a few days) then the 15% taken off which meant that the jar had actually increased in price by £5.50. Disgraceful tactics!

Sweets galore
I had incidenly bought a particular product priced voucher from wowcher that left me with no option but to have to buy one of the large consumption of sweets at 50% discount (silly me) anyhow now I've got 10kg of sweets that will last for a few months lol. Omg🫨

Not received 4 days post delivery date having paid for fast delivery
I paid for delivery writhing 1-2 working days. 4 days later I still have not received my parcel. I contacted one pound sweets who stated delivery was attempted. However I also contacted the courier who have stated they did not attempt to deliver. I asked for a refund. Now have radio silence. The courier is in contact with me stating that they are monitoring the parcel and can see it has not been moved yet. I explained to one pound sweets that I paid extra for fast delivery as needed it for a specific date, which has now passed. Still have radio silence
