Above average This resort suits couples seeking for quality time together maybe less suitable for family with young children/toddlers like us. The place is very remote, no shops nearby. Areas for improvement: 1. Change the kettles in the room. Residues found on the surface of the boiled water. 2. Room maintainance. Cleanliness of the water pipes/shower can be better. Spoons found dusty upon check in. Swimming pool need to clean daily as flies/bees found lying on the pool. However, hotel staffs were great, helpful and all accomodating. The hotel food was delicious! The view of the room was great. The AC was strong too given the weather was scorching hot out there.

Birthday Trip ! First time in Bintan and no regrets choosing this resort as our 3D2N birthday trip. Overall, it was an awesome getaway, good range of food, the stay was peaceful, calm n relaxing, value for money and we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Every staff there was friendly n always greeted with a warm smile which makes us feel comfortable. Special mention to Ms Intan Mr Deden (Receptionist), Mr Taufik Ms Ranti Ms Yuli (Restaurant) and Mr Dika (Driver). Thank you for the care n excellent service. Really is a “one of a kind” experience and we will definitely visit again. (Maybe just one downside the water heater was not consistent so can check on it)

Worth the experience! Our family had a great stay in this villa. Peaceful place, great sea view and comfortable bed. We came here to celebrate my little girl 4th birthday and they help us to decorate the room. It's around an hour drive from the ferry terminal but its all worth it. Thankful for their friendly staffs too,(forgot their names haha) helping us for a smooth check in. Breakfast and their BBQ dinner was a good spread. We spent time in the pool and sea every single day. Not forgetting their automatic toilet bowl! Haha Plus point! Overall, well recommended!

Disappointed I’ve heard good review bout this resort but first of all it’s too far from the ferry terminal, secondly there’s no food nearby other than resort food which overprice. There’s no nice beach to play, view is a “garden” but it’s actually facing neighbours villa, toilet is fancy but stink, plenty of mosquito, dusty window and blood stain on blanket. Super disappointed.

New and quiet Booked this resort for a quick stay cation with my family. Place is nice, but still with pro and con. Pro - quiet place to chill, equip with a restaurant and menu range of food is good, staffs are friendly, good private pool within the resort Con- resort is quite far from the ferry terminal, no convenient store within walking distance, alot alot of lizard shit around the pool, no pest control within compound Will book again if the pest issue is greatly improved

Great for city escape, surrounded by beautiful beaches along the way, delicious breakfast, great staff and they're very family friendly which accomodated 4 persons (while other hotels in the island are very strict on this). Sure will be back again. You can find a lot of seafood restaurants nearby.

One of A Kind Getaway Overall, the stay was pleasant, restful and memorable! We wanted peace and got that. It's a perfect location to idle and do nothing since it is out of the way, about an hour's drive from the main ferry terminal. But, the villas were as pictured, pretty, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Deden, Ranti, and the GM, Rizal. They were prompt in attending to our requests and always had a warm smile on their faces. We felt really well taken care of. If there were one thing to improve on, it'd be the washrooms located at the main pool. They were run down and not working well; for example, the doors couldn't close, making them inconvenient to use. There was also a mural that had seen better days. With some maintenance, the pool area would have been ideal to hang out for longer. Nevertheless, my husband and I had a truly one-of-a-kind getaway, which felt like a second honeymoon!

Amazing Short Getaway It was such an amazing getaway, the hotel was perfect, the bugs were annoying. They usually have a blackout at 1am I’m not sure if it’s due to the weather but it happened for both nights of my stay. Would suggest improving on the cook of the steak as it came raw when we ordered medium rare, but other than that, the stay was amazing. The staffs were kind and attentive!
