I like the idea of Mobile tire repair or replacement because I don’t have time to sit around for hours waiting for it. Mac Who I guess is the main dude was very accommodating and very transparent and had good information for me. They were efficient and I even moved my appointment up and they accommodated me. Everybody was very nice and professional highly recommend.

Josh and the team were fantastic. We couldn’t figure out why my tire was flat. Took off the tire, sprayed it and everything. He told me if it deflated again, to just call him and he’d rush over to get it resolved. Decided not to charge me, even with the work he’s already put in. Great guys. Great company.

Filled out the online form on their website, and texted the listed number. I had a damaged wheel I wanted replaced. I was texted a reply that today and tomorrow are booked up, and never heard from them again. If you really need tire work, this establishment is not reliable.

Amazing service , from the initial call to Joshua arriving and getting the tire puncture fixed and us back on the road within a couple of hours. After dealing with rental company and insurance issues, it was so refreshing to get honest good old fashioned service with a smile. As I am visiting from Australia, this is so reassuring to know that honest hardworking businesses still exist. Thankyou for getting us mobile again so quickly.

I must say how impressed I am with this company. My daughter calls me just before she’s leaving for work to tell me her tire is flat. Myself being 450 miles away at the time couldn’t do anything to help her, so I google mobile tire repair in Las Vegas and One Hour Tire comes up in the search. I fill out the appointment request form and 5 minutes later I receive an email from the company to get setup for a time to come and fix it. I let them know that we wouldn’t be available until after 12 the next day. Charles calls me the next morning to schedule a time to come and fix it. We scheduled 2pm and the repair guy showed up on time and was able to remove the screw that caused the flat and checked all the other tires as well. He had the fix done in under 30 minutes. They were upfront about the pricing so you know ahead of time what it will or could cost. if you want your car done right and on time I would highly recommend this company.

Response time was quick, but the technician did not have the proper tools to do a simple tire replacement. Once he left and came back, he got my tire off only to promptly dump my truck directly on its rotor not once but twice. Pretty much just got a whoopsy still gotta pay full price. Drove away with newly grinding brakes and a brakes and a hundred dollars less in my wallet.

We are out of town from Utah and happened to get a nail in our tire in a hotel parking garage. They came to our location in a matter of 20 mins and had us fixed and ready to go in under 15 mins. I cannot recommend this place enough. Such amazing service and faster than any other roadside service!

Would not recommend.
We have a mobile business using a 2500 Ford Transit. We had one of the duel rear tires was losing pressure. We figured give an another small business a shot. Never again. The guy came out tried plugging it 3 times and still leaked. I took van to tire shop and found the tech ruined our tire. He punched another hole in it not even removing the nail he was supposed to. The topper is gave office a chance to make it right called and texted no response.

These guys are the best! They really came through when I needed help and even took extra time to answer all my questions about tire balancing, why tires have to go in a certain direction, etc. Highly recommend them if you ever need new tires.
