I wanted to order t-shirts for a youth soccer camp on Saturday 3/18. Called One Hour Tees on Wed 3/14 and Karima answered the phone. After the phone call we exchanged emails:
3/14 - Karima:
Attached is an invoice to give you an idea of pricing and a mockup to confirm the design.
Let me know if you need any changes. Please double check all listed shipping address, sizes, styles, and print information. Once the invoice is paid for and processed, we will begin production.

My apologies this went to spam. When you called you mentioned you needing it for the normal turnaround $7.99 pricing, this is a 7 business day production. We can get these done at a quick turnaround but the soonest would be for Monday , we don’t stock all the youth sizes . Youth shirts specifically we order from out of state. For Monday (since you submitted this Wednesday that would be the 4-5 day pricing , $11.99 a shirt).
WENT TO SPAM after exchanging all previous emails without any issue??? Of course I did mention that the camp was on Saturday 3/18. I never argued the price, I was waiting on your invoice which never arrived in my inbox.
If it wasn't for POWER PRINTING SHOP that sourced and printed t-shirts on a short notice in less than 24hr (THANK YOU MARKO!) the kids in our camp would not have t-shirts which would reflect very POORLY on my business hence this review.
Will not be ordering from One Hour Tees again! Don't even try with some nonsense discounts or similar stuff to win me back!
We are in the process of ordering our own heat press (Amazon $150-$300) so we can do everything in-house and not depend on anyone else. Lesson learned!
