This diagnosis center is one of the best centers in Pune city. I have experienced this center. The value is given to the human being. There are almost all the facilities available. I would recommend to all should go whenever come across any testing regarding health. Simply great people as well as service.
They don't honor your appointment, though we had the appointment at number 2, still they let go two more appointments before us and intentionally made us wait. There is not enough waiting area, so we had wait outside siting in the scorching heat. The staff don't even reply your questions when asked upon.
Updated the review and increased 2 stars only for the doctor who was performing the scan as she was great.
Ma'am is good, Receptionist okay okay they don't have much idea about price. Ma'am does a scan slowly and gradually. But the issue is they are not allowing other person/partner inside the sonography room. Because while scanning ma'am not shown baby even to mother. If you're the would-be father then you will disappoint like me, I thought ma'am will allow after the scanning inside the room to see growth and other things, but they are not allowing inside. We were excited to see our baby.... I will not visit this Sara Dignostic again.

Dr Arti Iyer Ma’m is very professional as well as friendly to patients. Her expertise is very commendable. She always gives time and comfort for patients during sonography.

So far, I have been here 5-6 times at least for kidney stones check up. The reports have been accurate in detecting the stones. Which is what matters at the end of the day.
Worst center. Do not visit.
They do not even understand the concept of appointment. I waited for 1 hour post my appoint time still they asked me to wait more.
If there is any urgency or emergency they do not care.
Receptionist is uneducated.
Edit - they are still defending themself but not accepting the fact that you given an appointment then stick to it. All they care about is money.
Owner - reviews for your center speaks for itself so no point defending the wrong thing.

your appointment time was 11 am. you came at 11:30 am. Patients who were on their time were taken before you. and you just waited for half an hour.
Lastly, your doctor has not suggested our centre. So, you might have checked all details like reviews(which you are stressing on) before taking appointment.
you were informed thrice for the time your wife's anomaly scan can take.
now again you will edit your review to prove that you are right.
