Omni may have a flash website but don't be fooled.
They damaged my property on collection, the skip driver lied (surprise surprise) and they have made no effort to rectify the damage, in fact, they've completely ignored me.
I urge anyone who reads this to think twice before hiring a skip from Omni and to give one of the many other local businesses a try.

I have used this company for many years but won't be again. Seems customer service has disappeared since being taken over. On Friday 2nd May one of their lorries burst a hydraulic pipe in my yard, it happens. Driver assured me it would be cleared up. Both myself and their client have rung numerous times to get the spill cleared up and been completley ignored. Do not use this company.
Aggressive, uneducated drivers; whether they're on the road or collecting. Avoid Omni if you don't want aggression at your place of work, or even clients homes.
I've cancelled skips and recycling bins with Omni after several occasions of the above.
I'll be looking elsewhere for my waste disposal.
Booked skip for delivery for a Wednesday. Money went through, confirmation received. Contacted them Wednesday afternoon asking where skip was. No response.
Contacted them several times after, no response until I threatened to report them. Call the office for a refund (no apology or explanation).
Called office. Again no apology or explanation. Waiting on money back.
Amazing company
We had a clearence with a third party witch cleared my house and they contacted omni to come and collect the waste that I didn’t realise would be 8 ton of waste Fred the driver was polite and very helpful with the loading of everything I would recommend Omni 100% thank you so much

So I called on omni waste for a rubbish job I had was a big job needed a quote for 5 ton of rubbish (well underestimated) turned out to be 8 ton almost
But fred the driver came and took the waste for me no issues nothing was to much to ask even helped us chuck it in the lorry he told us exactly what he could and couldn’t take and was very polite and very good at hes job it was a tight access job aswell and he got the lorry in with ease I can’t recommend this company enough and I will defiantly be using them for all these sort of jobs big thumbs up from from the k&a recycling crew
Avoid - didnt even drop a skip off
Dreadful, booked a skip 3 weeks ago, it was dropped off and collected with no issues. Booked a second skip last week paid upfront and was told everything was fine. This morning they refused to drop the skip in the same place, said i need a permit and the earliest that could happen is the new year. Its taken 2.5 hours to get to this position after several stressful conversations during my working day and we have to pay our labourer as they will only refund the skip and hes been waiting around for hours. We now can't use our garden over christmas and have to wait for a refund, merry christmas i guess. I would urge any domestic people looking for a skip to look else where, this has been a stressful joke right before christmas.

Hidden charge
Upon collection I was called and informed I would be charged an additional £18 on top for a mattress, after looking through there policies I can’t see this anywhere, I’m assuming this is intentional to try and milk a little more money out of people for what is already an expensive service, in my opinion you’re better of going elsewhere, I won’t be using them again.
BE VERY CAREFUL
Booked a skip for the two weeks, but because of Storm Ciaran, ra g to extend booking for a week. Went outside this morning with a barrow of stuff for the skip to find it gone. Rang to complain, talked to the same person, who told me I had to ring to confirm the extra time...when I told her I had already done so, and talked to her, she said she would call me back. two hours later , still waiting for my call.
poor service , unprofessional, won't be using them again. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING.
