I bought shilajit resin from here I think it cost £25 or something including delivery I used it for 3 days and I put it in the bin because I found it very bad the first day I felt sick after it, the second day I was getting sharp pains in my chest and my stomach was upset and I was also getting sharp pain in my right shoulder , the third day I started feeling light headed and confused like brain frog and a headache, I only used a pea size amount of shilajit per day within a couple of days after I stopped using shilajit resin I started to feel better again shilajit resin is the only thing that I have ever bought from here and I definitely would not recommend it to my worst enemy, fast delivery they also have lots of other good products in store at reasonable prices 🍀

I bought to many couple of items like honey, herbs and natural pure oils, Traditional perfumes, all are very good product and main thing is its totally organic, good customer service and also discount so happy :) @oilandherbs

Such a shame but the jar lid and seal where both of the jar when I opened my box of Extra Strong Red Saffron 3gms. It was all lose in the box, so not sure whether it is safe to use. I'm sure this is not your normal service and this was a 1 off.
