I've ordered a Fantech Leviosa Microphone on 31st of December. Wasn't expecting them to work or deliver since it was almost New years and weekend. But they did.
Whole exchange went smoothly. Some delay from delivery service but it was delivered within 2 days.
Product was up to standard and what I expected. All in all excellent service.
I bought a Fantech HG23 Octane headset from OFFSIDE and it took about 3 days to deliver to Galle. I must say even the headset packaging was on point. As I used a HG10 before this headset I can safely say that it was a great investment. HG23 has some drawbacks compared to HG10 in the mic but it's not that bad. OFFSIDE's customer service was great and all the payment confirmations and ordering was done via whatsapp messages. (The way I like). 😇❤
The only problem I had was the given domex tracking ID, it never updated on the domex site. I guess it's an error on Domestic Express - Pvt Ltd service side.🤔
On the HG23 side, it has RGB LED and on the glowy-side. Sound quality is better than HG10 but as I said mic of HG10 do a better job compared to the HG23. HG23 is smaller than HG10 and if you have a big hair(like me), it's a little bit inconvenient.

I was looking for a new keyboard & mouse then i noticed this page 24/12/2021 because they have reasonable prices. so i contact them via WhatsApp, they were so friendly so i did order FANTECH K613L Fighter TKL II & FANTECH X9 Thor on December 25 and they mentioned that they can't post the package until December 27th because DOMEX won't open until Monday, i said it’s okay that’s not a problem and then i paid them. I've received my package today 12/29/2021. everything works perfectly and would recommend for anyone
