DISAPPOINTING UNCOMFORTABLE STAY Please avoid this property if you are travelling specially with family. they have horribly long cumbersome check in process. pain doesn't stop there. it goes up when you enter the room. they don't have basic facility in place. Like mircowave was above shelf which we need to bring it down. they don't come happily if you ask for any help. they don't have room cleaning facility everyday. basic amenities in the room are far below than their glamorous building. since we booked this room for 3 people, for 3rd person they have sofa bed. which they didn't unfold when asked, they said do it yourself.

Terrible Hotel Place is not so perfect as you can see on photos. 1. You should understand that Orbi Group almost has monopoly on rent. But indeed Orbi City Hotel is NOT A HOTEL AS IS, it’s a couple of buildings named after different blocks (block A, block C, etc.) with a lot of DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO LET YOU RENT their apartments. So rooms will be different due to owner who let you rent apartments. In my room many things was looked broken, as owner don’t care. Also in the room walls was dirty and no one takes garbage out, you should do it by yourself. 2. Check exactly address of where your hotel located. Because when i decided to avoid Orbi City and decided to stay in another place, I chosed “Grand City Hotel Apartments”, and despite his name indeed it was Orbi City Block A :( 3. In this hotel living too many people. And among them there are a lot of robbers. I ordered food from MCdonald’s from Glovo food service and wrote to courier (Irakli) meet me next to reception. When i had been getting down to meet courier at reception i met someone with the same food set and he wasn’t a courier. He was going straight from the doors of Orbi Hotel to lifts. I didn’t expect then that it was MY set. I was kept waiting for courier, and then seen that order was delivered, though he didn’t gave order to me. Then i understood that stranger from hotel stole my order. Glovo food service just said that they’re sorry but they DID NOTHING. They didn’t return my money. When i asked another courier from Glovo what it was with previous delivery, he said that it’s happening often enough in this hotel and if i want to get my order with more chances i should go directly to courier from hotel straight to him. IT’S NONSENSE 4. Lifts in this apartments usually come TOO long, as building has too many floors and too many people. If you have choice avoid Orbi Group avoid it. Worse organization in all Batumi that becomes monopolist.

location location location just loved the location Amazing location, beautiful view of the sea and the promenade. There are 3 buildings, Orbi City A, B and C and I think D is under construction. I was staying in Orbi City C. It is an apart-hotel. We had booked a total of four rooms. All were priced equally, but for some reason, only one room had a microwave and a washing machine. It is subject to availability; but I could not understand, why different amenities for different rooms, when the prices are same ?? Rooms were decently priced and do not hit your budget, considering the fact that they are overlooking the sea. Definitely at half the price of what one would pay to stay at a five star property in the vicinity with the same view. Also, I found the check in process to be excruciatingly slow and long. The staff at the check in counter was rude and not helpful. In fact other than the guest service relations manager, Nino, everybody was very rude and not at all helpful. They do not have any dedicated car parking space, which in Batumi is a big problem. And no buffet breakfast

Scammers We were scammed. We booked our room on booking and they canceled it when we arrived. Then they wanted us to pay more money that was said on booking.. It happens to alot of people in this hotel from the reactions in the lobby. We cannot rate on booking because it was canceled so I thought I'd write here.

Orby City Batumi is a hotel hell. I booked three rooms on 14.09.2024 through the hotel booking app, in which I have Genius 2 level status and on the morning of 15.09.2024 we went to the hotel lobby to get the keys to our rooms, but we couldn't do it immediately because it turns out we booked the rooms of some middleman in this hotel Orby City. The intermediary asked for payment immediately for the entire period of stay and only cash and cheques or receipts were not issued to me. Even though I asked for three rooms next to each other, they were given to us on different floors of Block C of the Orby City Hotel. As it turned out later - cleaning and generally in-room service is an additional and paid service. Accordingly, the mediator did not mention this immediately or did not intend to notify us at all. My request for additional copies of the electronic keys was categorically refused by the representative of the intermediary, although in my travel experience this is a simple operation. Later, before I left, I found additional copies of the keys in the key safes near the front doors of the rooms, which were not locked with a password and anyone could open our rooms with these keys while we were away. Gradually it became clear that the rooms have many broken interior elements and dirt in the form of hair and dust or dirt not cleaned after previous guests. So in room 1513, the glass shower door was smashed and the glass shards were simply collected under the sink. In room 4320, the shower door with roller damage on closing was locked in one position and had to be simply dismantled to the side. Room 1513 went out of power on the night of September 18-19 and had to spend two hours looking for someone to call or email to restore power to the room, even though we had a 2-year-old in the room. The intermediary who charged the room rates blew off that he was on vacation in another town and had to find the electrician ourselves through the reception of Block C. Today 20.09.2024, upon arrival at my home, I received a notification from Booking.com that our Reservation was cancelled due to our non-arrival in our own rooms. I have used this famous blue logo app for several years and good service in various hotels around the world where the hotel is a transparent and understandable system of operation and adequate room service for my own money. It is now visible to look for alternatives to similar applications.

Плохо. Если есть возможность отдохнуть в другом месте - не едьте. Все плохо. Это не отель, а 50 ти этажный муравейник. Номер маленький. Всё сделано из некачественных материалов. Спальное место для ребенка- ужасное маленькое кресло кровать. Комплект белья для ребёнка не положили. Ждали его до 22.00 . На просьбы не реагировали. Холодильник малюсенький. Некомплект посуды. Сами выносили мусор и покупали туалетную бумагу. Вокруг - стройка и мусорные баки. Пляж - крупная галька и грязный. Шезлонг без матраса - 10 лари, зонтик - 10 лари. Кафе по близости мало и не дешёвые. Обслуживание в них - хромает. Виды- десяток небоскрёбы отелей и облезлые хрущевки. Больше не поедем - 100 %.

Beautiful hotel, but only outside The room is dirty. Footprints on the walls!!! There was hair on the wall when you checked into the shower. The towels are yellow and have hair from previous residents. There's nowhere to dry laundry. The dishes were missing. In the evenings it's noisy - the Arabs go out on the balconies and start screaming and whistling. Lasts a couple of hours. Elevators are a separate topic. They can't handle so many tenants. Huge queues. It's impossible to come down from the top floors with suitcases - the elevators are packed, the velcro to the stairs... Lasted two days and got a great apartment nearby.

Service: The staff at the Twin Towers is very limited and you are often left unattended. Housekeeping is name sake and there are no extra towels or cleaning done once you check in. 3. High Wait time - When we checked in we were first asked to visit the office located on 72 floor of Block B, and then allotted an apartment in Block C. With limited elevators, you have to often wait for your turn. 4. Limited Historical Charm: Unlike some other accommodations in Batumi, the Twin Towers lack historical charm, which might be a downside for those looking for a more traditional Georgian experience. 5. Lack of Parking: In spite of clear mention of parking in booking, parking is general and always occupied. Overall, the Batumi Twin Towers offer a modern and comfortable stay with excellent views and amenities, though the ongoing construction and service issues might be considerations for potential guests.

Orbi hotel boycott Fake hotel Fake prices Rude official They are literally scammers We were a group of 12 friends who had booked 5 rooms from Orbi without paying and we brought Watcher Hotel from the booking site. As soon as we arrived at this hotel, we realized that each floor of this hotel has a separate management, and the manager related to our reserved rooms threw away the booking sheet and said that we don't have a room at this price and offered us a much higher price. We did not accept their proposed price and said that we will inform the police; The management sent someone after us to convince us to get a room at a slightly lower price, but we still refused and got a room elsewhere with a much more suitable price and better facilities. Orbi wasted half of our day.

Not recommended Terrible! The front desk is a mess. The room has a kitchenette, but no spoons and forks, no knife. In 7 days, never cleaned, changed towels and linen. Hotel guests took out the garbage themselves. All questions at the reception are sent to the owner of the apartment, whom we do not even know and do not have a phone number. Noise, mud. The elevators are full.

For the price, here... but out of season! Behind the luxury class, definitely not for that price. You have to understand! Review those who have lived in Orbi several times for at least a month. The impression of this apartment hotel depends 100% on the season. Your arrival time is in it!! We do NOT recommend this hotel from mid-June until the end of August! Crazy number of people. Of this - noise, because the walls there drywall ))) Queues for elevators , reaching 40 min wait. And this is no joke )) Out of season people are smaller and live comfortably. Especially on the upper floors in the end (panoramic) apartments. But the closer to the sea , the higher the price (per view) and the fewer people. But, in general, it's a very budget hotel. And you have to understand with your brain... that it's cheaper than anyone else for a reason! You don't have to get cheaper if you want luxury... you're clearly not here! If you want a steak - you don't buy chicken liver and then yell that it's the wrong thing and doesn't fit the price at all... you're for the steak, you pay like a steak! So rate realistically! Price = quality!

Review of Orbi City Block C I was here with my family in August 2024. Lived in Unit C. The room matches the description, but there is no hairdryer and nowhere to dry the laundry. If you've read bad reviews of elevators, don't think this is an isolated incident. The number of elevators does not correspond to the number of guests staying. The hotel has 47 floors and 12 elevators, of which half may not work. Constantly had to walk down from the 41st floor!!! Be prepared to wait for the elevator to reach the floor for up to half an hour. This room is cleaned every four days. You also have to apply for it to be removed. The hotel service is disgusting.

Не рекомендую, не понравилось. Грязь, шум Отдыхали семьей. Бронировали через booking. Ужаснее отдыха еще не было! С первого дня заселения. Входная дверь не закрывалась, снаружи, немного нажав на дверь, без проблем открывается. В номере грязно, душевая грязная, постельное белье и полотенца не первой свежести. Отдельная песня-завтраки, которые каждое утро были одними и теми же, пережаренная яичница или омлет, непонятно. Заявленных бассейна и разнообразного меню на завтрак в помине не было! Туалетные принадлежности были получены только при заселении. Об уборке номера -ни слова. До 4 утра гремит музыка, спать невозможно. В общем, кошмарный сон. Только негатив от посещения.

Terrible Orbit City The worst ever! Never book this apartment from booking.com. I did my booking through booking.com as I trust them for such things, but guess what once we reach to Batumi with 2 kids orbits city apartments informed us there is no such hotel and the hotel is closed on booking.com, then we called booking and they informed us yes we ended our partnership with orbit city ! And we are standing on the street with the kids trying to solve this issue. Then orbit city offered us an apartment which was lesser than booking and cash based. This is not a hotel apartment even. It was very dirty, no room cleaning services, NOTHING at All , elevator took ages to go down or up to ur apartment. Not recommended at All especially with kids. Plus we doubted the safety in this place in case of fire it will be a disaster. Fully crowded and unsafe . Don’t go there.

ITS A SCAM PLEASE DON'T COME HERE Warning: This "Hotel" is a Scam! First and foremost, this is NOT a hotel. Despite the name "Orbi Batumi Hotel City Beach View" on the booking.com site, it's actually just an individual renting out his apartment. What you're getting is not a hotel experience but a private rental run by a scam artist, with the hotel itself being involved in the scam. Here's what happened: When we arrived, the hotel reception said there were no rooms available. However, a man who was part of the scam took three room keys from the reception and tried to show us the rooms, demanding 3000 GEL even though our reservation was for 2410 GEL. To make matters worse, there were at least four other families in the same situation, all of whom were Arab. This raises concerns about possible racist motives behind the scam. The hotel is clearly involved in this fraud, so please avoid this place. Don't fall for this scam—stay away!

Dirty horrible apartments! We arrived as a family with two children, in the apartment in the hope of a wonderful holiday.But it is not a premium apartment, it is just horror!A huge number of people, but it is okay, it is understandable the apartment complex is large, floors a lot.But the fact is that the elevators cannot cope!huge queues for the elevators, and the hollow is small.People from the fact that there is no way to leave on their floor are stuffed into the elevator like sprats in a bank.The wait for the elevator, when you ride from the top took us 30 minutes.But that is not all, due to so many people in contact, there is some intestinal infection roaming.The toilet at the reception is stably spoiled by vomiting masses.During the wait for the elevator, the girl threw up right into the crowd.We spent the night there and decided to move out as quickly as possible.Moving to another hotel, at night after all the infection caught up with us, the same symptoms began.At the same time we did not swim in the sea.Past this, the room is terribly dirty showers in mold, we caught even with the hair of previous guests.The toilet and the water itself, stinks awfully sewage.The towels are not white as they once were, but gray.In the corridors themselves are terrible mud.But the most surprising thing is that the rooms rent out and at the same time build further upper floors!!!!
