Очень комфортно для проживания. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Качественная уборка номера, смена полотенец. Что особенно хочется отметить, это локация. В шаговой доступности пляж, магазины и кафе. До основных достопримечательностей 10-15минут на такси.

All great, location and infrastructure convenient. The beach is very close. Were in Block C. Guest relations worked very well, also an Edgar employee who always wondered if we were doing well. All issues could be resolved through him.

Unconfortable and stressful
Terrible building. No parking, very uncomfortable to access it with a car or even on foot. You literally have to wait 20+ minutes for elevators. Overcrowded, constant construction works in and around the building. Horrible management and staff. Overall a very unpleasant and stressful experience. Orbi is one of the most irresponsible companies in the country. Awoid at all cost!

Anthill. There's not enough elevators. Noisy at night. Corridors don't clean. Probably understaffed. We lived on the 20th floor easier down the stairs, otherwise you can't get elevators. Loved it: the water runs well, the view from the window to the sea. Good noise insulation with the neighbors.

Burası bi otel değil, evlerin sahibi olduğu rezidans. Evleri sahiplerden günlük, haftalık gibi kiralıyorsunuz. Haliyle housekeeping de yok ya da bana denk gelmedi. 3 gecelik ziyaretim için fazlasıyla ucuz ve temizdi. Fiyatının üstünde performans yaşadım.

Be carful about private owner’s suits
It is a kind of hotel apartment. There is no breakfast place and the staffs cannot speak english very well. Checking got more than 45 min time and there is several type of owner which is important you rent from which one. The didn’t service us bcz they said it’s a private suit! I don’t know how it is possible but they did it. They haven’t room service, they don’t charge any thing specially toilet accessory. The got 10 Lari for every luggage for extra! But anyway the suits were clean , the view was perfect and the location was brilliant.

The worst service you will get
Amazing location and view but too long time to check in more than 30 min regularly, So rude front office employees No service at all you beg for anything yet no response , only one bellboy for the entire building of more than 50+ floors !!!!!!!!

Орби Сити Блок А Батуми
Уборка номера отсутствует, шампунь и гель берите с собой. Зубные щётки , пасту само собой свое. После 4 дней проживания при обращении на ресепшн до сих пор ждём смены полотенец и когда принесут шампунь. Про туалетную бумагу аналогичная ситуация. Кроме вида с номера и близости к морю никаких преимуществ нет. Пляж с крупными камнями, по которым больно ходить, без аквашузов не обойтись. Вокруг здания грязно, мусора много , т.к. людей много. Шум музыки с ресторана, + от дороги круглосуточно. Не рекомендую никому из друзей и сами больше тут не будем останавливаться.

A full summer vacation in Batumi
It is a magnificent hotel. The location is right in the city center, close to the beach and many places to visit in Batumi. Since our room was on the 47th floor, we had a magnificent view of Batumi during our vacation. And most importantly, all this for a very cheap price

They send you from one building to another. They cheat you at every step. The initial price does not match. They made you pay for the key. This is the first time I have seen this. THEY PROMISE BREAKFAST AND DON'T GIVE IT. There is no bath towel for your feet, no robes, not even tea or drinking water. But there is someone else's hair and someone else's uncleaned garbage. The microwave is dirty, and even rusty. Close this hotel.

It's a good value for the price
we spend the last 3 days in Orby City (Block C) from our 7 days trip in georgia. this is an amazing place to stay in batumi. great view and service. i can say that it was one of the best places to stay in georgia. we arrived in tbilisi and traveled in batumi, we have seen all the places on the road which was a great solution if you want to explore goergia in my opinion. also many thanks to our young guiding driver whose name was George. he helped us plan our 7 days, almost every day we were traveling and we learned a lot about this country, By the way he suggested this hotel as one of the best solution for staying in Batumi and he was right, so I recommend him as well. here is his watsapp +995 551 71 41 51. hope your trip in batumi is going to be as good as mine.

DON'T GO THERE!!! UPDATE: they threatened me to delete my review! the staff was rude, the girl who was in the "office" was lying on a couch when inviting me in to check in. The reception didn't know what I was coming. They said - it is a private owned apartment, we do not care. It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes and garlic and there is NO PARKING

I have been interfacing ith Orbi Block A Team in both roles of a guest and apartment owner. And in both roles I can't but confirm and commend them for continuous 24/7 support and readiness to help solving any emerging issues. This experience is based on their response to out-of-hours technical maintenance request, handling questinable cases and overall quality of service. 6 out of 5 score!
