Jess Privitelli Manager My experience with body corporate manager Jess Privitelli has been consistently disappointing. She is extremely difficult to communicate with and often unresponsive. I called with no answer, followed up by email and text to request permission for my tax accountant to make enquiries about my account, yet received no response to either my message or my accountant’s email. When I finally managed to reach her, she said, “I’m not going to respond to that, you need a proxy form signed.” A simple reply attaching the required form would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, she chose not to respond and spoke to me in a dismissive and unprofessional manner over the phone. She has also sent me incorrect financial statements for my apartment, adding to the frustration. Every interaction feels unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, Jess’s communication and professionalism fall far below acceptable standards.

Do not trust this company with your property or your money OCVM Group - and particularly their manager Robyn Bunting - have demonstrated a serious failure to meet their legal and professional obligations. After an insurance payout of over $10,000 was issued for water damage, Robyn unlawfully withheld the funds for more than 100 days. The payout related to damage caused by Owners Corporation infrastructure and was clearly owed to the affected lot owner. Despite multiple formal requests, Robyn refused to release the money, offered no valid explanation, and dismissed all attempts at resolution. Only after a formal complaint was lodged under the Owners Corporations Act, with supporting legal precedent and threat of VCAT proceedings, did OCVM agree to release the funds. Even then, they failed to address the misconduct by Robyn Bunting or apologise for the delay. This is not a minor administrative error. It was a deliberate misuse of authority and a blatant disregard for both the law and the rights of lot owners. Any owners or committees considering OCVM should be aware of how their managers operate when they believe no one is watching. Do not trust this company with your property or your money.

OCVM - Lack of honesty and integrity After several years of having OCVM we can confirm they are dishonest and incompetent and do not know how to read a plan of subdivision. If considering a change or a new Body Corporate Management team avoid at all cost.
