Probably the worst dining experience in recent memory. Took almost 10 minutes after sitting to talk to anyone. Ordered 2 steaks medium rare they were blue… by the time the server came back and he was the one who pointed it out and offered to “throw them back in”. Was too late at that point but nothing taken off him or offered even though 3/4 of steak was uneaten

The server Madison was amazing and very accommodating. Did everything she could to make the night good for us but The food was horrible no flavor no taste at all. The veggies tasted like water the steak pasta so bland and over cooked! The actual 12 ounce ribeye was cooked right but had no flavor to it we still ended up paying 70 for meal and was worth about 30 the kids didn’t even like the grilled cheeses took one bite and didnt even touch after they just kept saying eww the kitchen is why the servers tips can be reflected but our server was what made the place not the food

We had the worse meal ever at the Greenwood OCHARLIES! Ordered a 12oz ribeye medium rare, It was so cold the fat didn't even melt. the rolls were brought to the table so cold the butter wouldn't even melt. The fries were slightly warm. If the server, Jordan would have returned to the table to ask we could have made the complaint to him. Was not even offered a tea refill. We will certainly not go back.

Typical chain restaurant - bad atmosphere, bad service, bad food. Table top was sticky to the touch. Took the server almost 10 minutes to make it to our table. She forgot the to go container for the table next to us. She was obviously from Indiana but kept dropping “y’all”, trying to match my accent. Not appreciated or appropriate. Food was tasteless and sub par for the money. Fries tasted old and were literally dripping salt. Place was pretty empty, should have been a clue. Paying the bill the waitress actually asked “How do you want your change back?” Threw me for a loop - ah, in cash? No wonder this chain is closing restaurants across the country.

Service was great, food came out quickly and very hot. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and quick to refill drinks, get orders, check, ect. Great atmosphere, great food, definitely would come again.

Tetris M the bartender is amazing! Everytime I come in make it a point to sit in the bar area. He provides great service and drink recommendations and always has a smile and jokes around making it an engaging atmosphere.

The restaurant was 95% empty, that should’ve given us a clue of the quality. Waitress just started off by telling us that she might not be talking right, because she had two sick children at home and she didn’t get much sleep. Appetizer was served AFTER the dinner was served. Waitress told us she burned her thumb on the hot plates. Wrong entree was served…Bacon Bourbon Burger was ordered, received the Bacon Bourbon Filet, that was RAW on the inside!! Chicken tenders dinner was to include honey mustard sauce; it came with Ranch. We requested the honey mustard sauce… never got it. I responded to the survey but it would not let me post more than one complaint. We will never go to any O’Charley’s restaurant.

Carry out. Last night. Ordered the bone in pork chops. They were dry and tough. But I am not here to talk about the pork chops. I am here to talk about those awesome baked beans that were on the side. Those were the BEST beans I have ever had in my 65 years. The mashed potatoes were basic, I’m not mad at the potatoes but the baked beans were FIRE straight up 10 for the beans!

New yrs day pick 3 customers maybe total. Took almost an hour to get my curbside cx tenders and soup. I had to go in to get and of course it was cold. Why offer curbside to bring it out if ur not goin to bring it out. Potato soup was awful takes like can cheese soup. Maybe change ur fryer oil also. It tastes dirty. I work in the industry for 25 yrs and I dont like to complain but yall need to get it together. Explains why your lot is alway empty.

Money wasted!! Horrible food through Door Dash order. Chicken strips fried into inedible pieces of hard, doughy cement. Can't even bite into them! Even Door Dash agreed and refunded me! No decent cook or manager would allow this out of the kitchen! The 135 location has went DOWNHILL big time!
