Great place to stay. Nice quiet area and superb views. Equipped with all the towels, bbqs and essential kitchen equipment you need. No need to over pack like we did. The only thing I would point out is that the cleaners need to be a bit more thorough. A few too many cobwebs and dust left in the corners but overall very comfortable.

Hosted a hen party here for my friend, we took all 3 cottages for the weekend. The setting is absolutely stunning, amazing views over the countryside. The accommodation is perfect and totally comfortable for a large group. I was a little unsure about whether there would be enough space to socialise as a group indoors but the large kitchen living diner in the biggest cottage was absolutely perfect and spacious enough for karaoke and dancing, breakfast, cakes, drinks, games etc :) relaxing in the hot tubs with a cocktail whilst the sun set was a real highlight of the weekend. Its not too far from Stratford so plenty of things to so for a girls weekend we went for lunch at the Townhouse which was fab. There were also some lovely extra touches by the hosts on arrival (prosecco and chocolates!) and to top it all off we welcomed the first lamb of the season on the Sunday morning. We all had a fabulous weekend!

What a fabulous place for my daughter's hen party! Can't fault a single thing. Wayne and Sue were so welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We made our own pizzas in the outdoor oven. The ingredients provided were gorgeous especially the tomato and basil sauce that Sue had made.
Incredibly clean, tidy and spacious accommodation. Highly recommend.

We were a family of 9, with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 infants and a dog who stayed at the Oak Farm Barn for 2 nights in July. The positives from our stay was the Barn was privately located, rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage at the property. The hot tub is the only thing you can look forward to!
However, There were a lot of disappointments during our stay.
Firstly, the place wasn’t clean. We had sticky floors, unsuitable to walk without footwear and definitely not nice for infants to roll around. We found few pans un washed in the cupboard. The cutlery and dishes were stained too as there isn’t a dishwasher at the property.
The bathroom door upstairs didn’t shut and did not have a lock hence absolutely unusable. We informed the owners but it wasn’t fixed (I would have expected these basics to be checked prior to letting out the property).
The internet never worked as it never detected the WiFi network.
While the stay was expensive, it did not deliver a quality holiday that we looked forward to.

Well what can I say, back from an amazing Hen party weekend at Oaks Barn Farm.
Big thank you to Wayne and Sue for your extra activities feeding and rounding up the lambs and sheep. Bringing us flower displays for our meal and blankets in case we were cold. It made a special weekend even more perfect. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thank you ?

A beautiful setting with lots of opportunities
We rented out all of the accommodation on offer at Oaks Barn Farm in June 2021 for a fun but relaxing hen do. The setting was absolutely perfect, with lots of countryside views and peace and quiet - it felt like we had a piece of the countryside to ourselves. All of the accommodation is clean, modern and spacious. It's perfect for families or for booking as one large group. It gives the flexibility to cater for a large group, but the privacy for splitting into smaller groups when needed, as you can be split across three buildings. Wayne and Sue were very helpful in creating the perfect weekend and helped us to move our booking even during the uncertainties of Covid 19. I would definitely return, either with my family or as a group of friends once again.

Just back from our first stay - we stayed in the Granary - a very relaxing stay in this very picturesque setting. Wayne and Sue are the best hosts (my dad had the honour of feeding a lamb its last bottle). We had days out (would recommend the Steam Railway at Toddington and Countess of Evesham boat ride). And the pub recommended by Wayne and Sue is a delight - well worth a visit. Loved the hot tub - best ever in holiday accommodation. Would reiterate all you need to a comfy chilled relaxing holiday. Would recommend. Thank you Wayne and Sue for this much needed family break - everyone had a great time and you really made it special for all of us. (Would just add - very safe with restrictions still for COVID). Best wishes and looking forward to another visit.

Just returned from our second stay in The Granary at Oaks Barn Farm. Wayne and Sue are delightful hosts who make sure you are welcomed and looked after throughout your stay. The accommodation is comfy, clean and has everything you need, set in a beautiful location. We loved soaking in the salt water hot tub, chilling in the garden area, and this time enjoying the brand new pizza making experience. Imagine making your own delicious pizzas in a wood-fired oven, enjoying a glass of fizz (or several!) and watching the sun set - bliss. Being able to bottle feed the lambs topped off a fabulous weekend.
Can’t wait to come back again!

Fabulous Time
Finally got away for a weekend with friends and we decided to make a return visit to Oaks Barn Farm. Set in beautiful countryside it has everything on site we could need for a great stay. A new addition this time is the Pizza Experience - make your own in the handmade wood oven, everything provided, homemade and delicious! The hot tub was a hit (again). Pretty sure this place will be our go-to for quite some time. Thanks Wayne and Sue for your excellent hosting.

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay here with friends! We hired all 3 places as we were a large group and every place was cleaned to a high standard! Sue and Wayne were amazing hosts and allowed us to feed the lambs which we were all excited about! Lovely spacious outdoor area brilliant for sunbathing and bbqing then finishing the evening with a fire pit under the stars! We would love to return! ?

Fantastic location, with beautiful views over the surrounding farmland (definitely catch the sunset underneath the new fairy-lit seating area). Wayne and Sue were very accommodating of our large group and it was great fun to feed the lambs, chill in the hot tubs and sit round a firepit in the evening. We were also lucky enough to catch the Red Arrows flying over, amazing. Thank you Wayne and Sue!

We have just come back from an amazing weekend at Oaks Barn Farm. We had all three properties for a large group of friends. The weather was glorious so we took full advantage of the outdoor space and the hot tubs. Sue and Wayne were so hospitable and accommodating. Everywhere was clean and very welcoming. The Covid measures were brilliant too. We especially loved feeding the lambs every night. Thank you both for an amazing weekend!

A comfortable and convenient base for a varied walking and sightseeing holiday
We had a very happy week in the Granary. and were made very welcome by the hosts. We were looking for a centre for a walking holiday and found the Alcester area with the help of the Ordnance Survey book of 'Outstanding Circular Walks in the Malverns to Warwickshire'. The six walks we picked from the book were well planned, varied and scenic. It was a bonus that most of them, for a while, ran alongside waterways that we had previously explored on canal holidays. Furthermore most of the walks were also linked to a National Trust or English Heritage property that we could enjoy during or after the walking.

Brilliant location. Lovely owners who were really attentive to our requests. (Couldn't have done more for us). Lovely cottages which kitted out really well. Can definitely reccomend the outdoor pizza making experience. Full bellies and happy faces. 7 out of 5 stars. 😀
