We stayed at Oak Lodge at the end of June before the school holidays and loved the peacefulness and dog friendliness of the resort. The lodge was fabulous and the enclosed deck was perfect for our dogs, we could totally relax and enjoy our break, especially in that hot tub! The walks around the resort were extensive and again perfect for our dogs. Thank you so much Jill for accommodating our “pack” - it was brilliant. Definitely recommended. 😍

Such a beautiful lodge. We had the best weekend with our family enjoying the hot tub and sauna. plenty of things to do at finlake but we enjoying relaxing and staying around the Lodge. can't wait to come back ☺️

So lovely Took a punt on this, not knowing the park or having stayed in one of the lodges. What a pleasure - so relaxing, lovely property with hot tub and indoor sauna. Owner on point and a fab stay. Would recommend for any couple or family, you wont be disappointed.

Lodge 68 @ Finlake is a magical place in the trees. The accommodation was warm clean bright and airy.The lodge has plenty of space, we celebrated my wife’s birthday there with our 2 children & 2 dogs. The hot tub and sauna was fantastic. The views at sunset off the large wrap around deck are amazing in January especially from the hot tub. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. The kitchen lounge diner is a very nice space and the large picture window by the sofa is great to watch the birds in the trees and the sunrise. It’s not the easiest lodge to find but once you’ve made it there, it’s well worth it! The facilities @ Finlake resort and spa are also great, the staff at all the outlets are friendly and helpful. The Hub cafe and shop do great coffee and breakfast. The Retreat restaurant has great food and the price is also reasonable. The pool is very nice and we all enjoyed the water slides.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas 2023, it was the most relaxing family holiday. We brought our dogs with us too and was impressed at how dog friendly the resort is, there is even a secure dog walking area for dogs to run free. Would highly recommend this lodge to anyone, the owner was fantastic with communication and we couldn’t have asked for any more. Thank you so much 😊

The lodge had everything you could ever need and the sauna and hot tub were everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to the birds and squirrels on the decking was a joy to watch and also to feed. Jill was extremely helpful and very responsive when booking and during the stay. Hi everyone Myself and my two besties celebrated my 63rd birthday at the lodge it was fabulous very clean very comfortable we were very chilled sat out on the decking listening to the birds!! The hot tub and sauna was amazing thanks Jill will definitely stay again 😀👍

Visited Lodge 68 from 13th -17th March (sorry, it's been a busy couple of months 😁) with my partner and a couple of friends, and what can I say; A hot tub you can almost swim in, great privacy, the world's comfiest leather sofas, absolutely spotless and very spacious rooms with all the facilities you could possibly need. Pair that with a fantastic location that's easily accessible by car, surrounded by gorgeous woodland and dead quiet whilst being only a short stroll from the park's amenities... Absolute perfection. See you next year!

Amazing lodge, wonderful hot tub, beautifully furnished. Everything and more you could need! Will return! Enjoyed watching the squirrels running around the balcony. My dogs loved that too!! Thank you for a perfect relaxing holiday.

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break at Oak Lodge 68 at the end of March. You really do feel like you're staying in a Treehouse! There was an issue with the Hot Tub which we were informed of prior to our stay and offered passes to the Spa on site. The Sirona Spa is absolutely lovely so we were pleased to get to try it out and will book again on any future visit! The Hot Tub was mended by the Saturday afternoon too so we were able to use it on the Sunday in the end. It's a fabulous HT!! We had a grocery delivery by Tesco on our arrival. Great service so can highly recommend doing that rather than taking everything with you! The Lodge is really nice with most things you'd need. Our only criticism which I've told the owner is that it got a little cold and a couple of fleece throws / blankets would be a great addition. Even if just kept in the cupboard incase it's chilly! As girls washing their hair, we also felt that 2 extra towels would be good too. By the time we'd hung our hand towels in each bathroom, we were only left with I bath towel each. It's a minor thing, but would then make the stay 100% perfect! Great communication during the booking process. We will visit again I'm sure! Thank you!

We stayed here just after Christmas through to the new year. We had a lovely time. The Lodge was well presented and the facilities on site helped with the typical British weather. Lodge and host highly recommended.

The lodge was amazing. The location was perfect. We had scones on arrival, yea and coffee provided, the hot tub was so lovely to relax in after a day of walking, it was clean and tidy inside the lodge with everything we could need, a wonderfully relaxing break and will be back nxt year!

A beautiful lodge, with the sauna and huge hot tub being an amazing feature. We have stayed in other lodges in Finlake, but this is our definite favourite - very much recommended.

This was my 2nd time at the Lodge and was still a relaxing place to go to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of normal life. the hot tub bubbles blast away muscle tension, and the sauna opens the pores!!! the lodge itself is very well equipped and Gill is very responsive to any messages/questions. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

A beautiful spacious lodge in tranquil surroundings with the birds and squirrels. Huge hot tub and decking area up in oak trees, spacious rooms and fully equipped modern kitchen. Finlakes Park is well kept, great staff and fantastic pools and spa. We would love to come back again sometime.

Both myself and my boys have stayed in lodge 68 now twice and I would highly recommend. Jill has always been helpful and contactable throughout our stay, the facilities were brilliant and the kids loved the water slides. There is a cafe and restaurant on site which both serve extremely delicious food. The lodge itself is very inviting and clean. You can expect to feel totally relaxed upon opening the door! An added bonus is the spacious, private hot tub on the decking outside. You feel as if you are in the trees which is a beautiful feeling whilst submerged in the 40 degree water. There are lovely woodland walks where you can expect to see lots of birds and squirrels. Highly recommended!

oak lodge is absolutely amazing has everything in it that you need stunning views lovely and secluded hot tub is fabulous and spacious, has a bath which was lovely and the owner Jill is lovely too we had an amazing long weekend here and will be booking again for next year- we have stayed at a few different lodges at finlake but this one is the best by miles
