I was in search of a new apartment and getting very discouraged by what was available in my price range. Millie reached out to me and I had never worked with an apartment locator before so I figured, “why not give it a shot?” Millie was so energetic and enthusiastic! She quickly set up several showings for me and I fell in love with the first place we saw, which was under my budget!! She was amazing to work with and I highly recommend her and Oakland Creek. She’s also bringing me a handmade coffee mug!

This was false advertisement!!! I made it all the way to the tour with my 1 year old daughter just to find out that it was over $1000/month more than the listing. Highly disappointed to travel in over an hour of traffic just turn back around after finding out this was out of my price range.

I am moving from across the country and could not see the place myself - Nate did such a great job helping with the communication between myself and the apartment as I was very skeptical of scams. I got in touch with Victor randomly after a Zillow search and was so glad I did! Victor was thoughtful and considerate in his approach. Being new to the Denver area I was somewhat lost as to what direction to take but Victor never dissuaded me outright from seeing something but would tactfully tell me what the pro’s and cons of a certain area or house. We saw the good the bad and the ugly! In just 3 ‘ sorties’ of 5/6 houses - so 15 in total - we put down 3 offers and finally settled on a fantastic house. The process was smooth and determined and not at all stressful. The offers were disparate types of houses all brought to a close with sound advice from Victor who quietly let me do my thing till we got to a favorable conclusion. Highly recommended.
