We found the reclining sofa we loved at Canal Furniture!! Problem was we are Snowbirds and wouldn’t be available to take delivery. David made it happen by agreeing to hold onto the sofa until it was convenient for us. He made it happen! He worked patiently with us! Delivery was without a hitch! Thank you David!!

I strongly advise against using this company. Despite the appearance of positive reviews, I suspect they are being selectively managed or filtered.
I placed a special order in February and was told it would take 3 months. However, the item was not delivered until mid-June — over 4 months later — with no communication or updates regarding the delay.
When the furniture finally arrived, it was severely damaged. Worse, during delivery, the team dropped the dolly, and it struck my 1-year-old daughter in the head. They assured me that corporate would follow up promptly to address both the damaged item and the incident involving my child. I was completely ignored for weeks.
When I finally reached someone — over a week ago — they informed me that a replacement would take another 3 months. Later, they contacted me again, only to state that they would not offer any compensation for the delay, damage, or the injury incident. Instead, they offered a refund as if it were a favor, with a dismissive attitude.
This company lacks professionalism, transparency, and basic customer care. Delayed timelines, poor communication, unsafe delivery practices, and refusal to take responsibility make this a truly unacceptable experience.

Regarding the delivery, the shipping company did not report any incident during service. We were not made aware of any injury involving your child until a month after delivery, which was never mentioned in your earlier communications.

I purchased the ALF Jupiter dressers and mirror...absolutely beautiful. Now I want more! Julianna helped me and was wonderful answering all of my questions. I paid for the white glove service and even tho it was a bit expensive I am very happy I did. I recommend if you are looking for unique quality furniture that is beautiful try this Furniture store and ask for Julianna. Very happy customer!

This bedroom set is beautiful, exactly what I wanted and high quality. Its modern and sleek and has soft close drawers. The delivery was excellent, with no challenges. None of the pieaces were broken and came within the time frame as defined. I LOVE THIS SET AND IS WORTH THE MONEY TO PURCHASE THIS.
Poor customer service! My issue started 2years ago with the store (Hefner in Farmington Missouri) where we purchased our sofa and love seat. My issue was with the cushions on the sofa. My sofa sat in the warehouse for 1month and no one repaired anything. After 1month the manager contact me and said Maxdivani did not want to stand behind their product. Now til this day we have no repairs only if we pay out of pocket.

Their customer service is terrible. They made a mistake internally, that caused unacceptable delays in delivery. But they would not do any thing to fix the problem( which was due to their own mistakes). Repeated calls were ignored. Just ended up wasting lots of time, and experienced lots of aggravation. They just did not care.
I would definitely not recommend this business

We just received our furniture from Canal furniture and we love every piece. We furnished our New York apartment six years ago and the furniture is still pristine. We decided to furnish our Florida home this year and love every piece we ordered. Prices are reasonable for New York standards. Ask for David. He is so helpful and patient.
