I’ve always had a great experience with this company. They’ve done a great job honing and polishing my limestone bathrooms and they have absolute artisans performing the repair work I need from time to time. The guys are clean, neat and a pleasure to deal with. When I call for pricing and appointments their staff is top notch and beyond polite. I’ve been dealing with this company for many years and will continue to do so.

I am a New York City interior designer who has worked with many contractors in my career. I priced the job with several other companies and found that their prices were very fair. I have a limestone bathroom floor with limestone mosaic tiles in the shower. The limestone had several stains that I could not remove and the grout had turned black. Fabrico spent several hours in the bathroom working on my floor. When he was finished, the bathroom floor and shower looked like the day it was installed. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on using them in my kitchen next for my marble counters.
2026 Update: I just use them for the second time and they are just as professional as they were when I first hired them. What truly sets them apart is their accountability. We recently had a small hiccup with the floor finish and they sent someone to correct it immediately-No questions asked and no delays. The entire team from the office to the field, provided a wonderful experience.

I was pleasantly surprised -- and truly impressed -- when NYC Marble Care responded with professionalism and concern to my initial (negative) Google review.
The company leader recognized that he had an obligation to fix their shoddy repair; and, to his credit, he did so honorably.
While I was initially upset about work that degraded after a relatively short period, I have a lot of respect for their subsequent decision to do the right thing.
Today, a highly skilled marble/stone expert named Igor did an immaculate job repairing my sink top. Honestly, I am blown away by the exceptionally high level of work.
NYC Marble Care has redeemed themselves, and I can now say that I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for excellent workmanship.

If there was a way to leave zero stars that would be my selection. This is the least professional marble company I have worked with. They destroyed a large Saarinen table and continue to charge me. The tech admitted “I have never worked on these kinds of tables but management tells me to tell clients I have”. Avoid this company like the plague. They have no experience, they lie and will destroy your marble.

Our team is highly experienced in stone restoration and repair, and we’ve worked extensively with Saarinen tables from Knoll and Rove Concepts, including repairs, refinishing, and ongoing maintenance for clients across New York City.
In this case, you hired us to repair physical damage from shipping. To do that properly, we had to remove the factory-applied polyester resin coating, which Knoll themselves states:
“Marble coating may yellow over time giving the marble a warmer tone.”

This coating cannot be repaired or reapplied outside of a factory setting — which is why, once the repair was complete, we offered a professional alternative we use frequently: TuffSkin. It's a modern protective film that prevents etching and staining, does not yellow, and comes in both matte and gloss finishes.
What many of our clients value about TuffSkin — and why we recommend it — is the flexibility:
- If it ever becomes scratched or worn, it can be easily replaced
- Or you can simply use the fully restored and sealed stone without it, for years to come with basic care
This gives the marble a second lifespan — the surface is repaired, protected, and future-ready.
We acknowledge that parts of this process could have been communicated more clearly, and we truly regret any confusion. That said, the technical steps we took were necessary and appropriate to restore the table properly. If you ever need follow-up care or support, we remain available to help.

I visited the address you have listed and there is no office for NYC Marble Care or NYC Stone Care. The location is not real. If you're not actually based in the city, stop giving the impression that you are in NYC. If the address is fake, what else is fake? Don't waste people's time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
NYC Marble Care did a great job. All the stains came out and they resealed everything.

NYC Marble Care does quality work! I have worked with them for a number of years. Originally they resealed and fixed scratches on my kitchen countertop. Their work has last many years. Currently they came and fixed my bathroom caulk and grout. The job was difficult but NYC Marble Care stayed in concat with me. They assured me we can correctly fix the problem and they did! I wasted so much time with this company. They came to do two separate visits. I got bombarded with auto generated emails as follow-ups despite my multiple requests to hop on a call to go thru the full scope of work.
In the end - I received two separate quotes for the same project at completely different price points. When I pointed that out, rather than owning up to the fact that they tried to over charge me on one of the quotes - they decided to drop my project all together and left me high and dry after weeks of trying to get this sorted.
A complete nightmare. Totally unprofessional team. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A driver for NYC Marble Care was parked in the middle of the street in Midtown and wouldn't move for over 5 minutes as I implored him to move for the safety of his fellow New Yorkers. I had to get to work so I eventually gave up. But any company that employs people so casually flippant about laws and safety is not a place with which I'd want to do business.
