Very professional service. Really helpful knowledgeable staff. Also a great price and not a percentage like some other estate agents. Because the office is local and they aren't an internet company you can just walk in and speak to someone if you need to. Really lovely photos were taken of my house to show it at its best.

Batts have been very good. The pictures and write-up are excellent and there has been quite a lot of interest and a number of offers. Alan gave us the best advice on how to sell the house and that paid off. Friendly staff down there that always get back to us, Charlotte does a great job of keeping us informed. The reason I am giving this 5 star review is because of the service they use - Complete ASAP and in particular, Ashleigh. She was the most helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed throughout. Answered all enquiries promptly and was just made the whole process better. I also had an app that was updated reguarly keeping me in the loop. I knew much more about my purchase than my sale which was with a different estate agents.

Batts we're not our agents but they have been fantastic, on the ball and have given us more help and advice than our own (which has been non existant) If it wasn't for them we would have had no clue of the next steps. If we were to move again (god forbid) we would definitely be using them as our agent
