I wanted to enquire about a PRP treatment and was told to come in for a consultation. However, the catch was that I had to pre-book (read pre-pay) if I wanted to have the treatment following the consultation. I was also told that I will be given a full refund should I decide not to proceed with the treatment. The consultation turned out to be poor and I decided it wasn't right and did not avail the treatment. I was promised a refund but it has been 2 months and haven't seen a penny of my £350. Calls nor emails are answered. This is a rogue clinic - stay away.UPDATE - Within 10 minutes of posting this review, I was inundated with calls from Nu Cosmetic. Upon demanding an explanation for the unfair treatment, the manager did not reply but apologised unreservedly albeit with a hint of narcissism as he mentioned the clinic offered free consultations (who doesn't!). I thank Nu Cosmetic for at least promptly responding with regard to my refund even though this may be the result of a knee-jerk reaction. I trust they fully update their service upholding a sense of justice and fairness, and place the interests of their existing customers over public image.

Everything went smoothly Vaser Liposuction (Hi def) Fat Removal - from start to finish they were spot on. Very informative at the initial consultation, everything went smoothly. Achieved in 6 months for which I was struggling for years at Gym. Value for money and highly recommend to anyone considering this procedure. Outstanding experience from the the first phone call. All ladies were lovely and I even managed to speak with their previous patient to calm myself down. Although was offer cheaper option locally in Nottingham, preferred to go with them, as they were realistic in their explanation of the outcome.

HIGHLY recommend NU cosmetics they have been amazing to me, my PC's were always there to help me (Louise and Marie) . My experience has been amazing, im so happy my friend told me about this company, I set up a piggy bank back in August 2012 and by June 2013 I had my right amount and booked my operation, I was never once hassled for money I was always given my own time to pay in some money each month! I had Mr Mashaddi as my surgeon he is FANTASTIC im so happy with my BA results, I highly recommend him. You will not regret going with NU cosmetics they are an amazing company and Mr mashaddi, Louise and Marie are amazing too.x x

Will highly recommend however it took lot of researching before I went with Nu. I went for Breast Surgery with Nu Cosmetic Clinic. I was given extensive information by Marie, Nu Cosmetic Co-coordinator and was seen by two of the surgeons before I decided for the surgery. I was offered Allergan implants and was advised for realistic outcome all through the procedure. Everything went smoothly in their hospital and was checked afterwards by their nurse. After a week I was seen again by surgeon and afterwards at regular interval. I am properly healed and love my new boobs. Thanks to Nu.
