I've used NTL twice now, for domestic electrical work. I've been very happy with the standard of work. The team are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend 👌

I can't speak about their craftsmanship, however, I can comment on the type of people employed by this business. Whilst driving to Thorton-le-dale with my family, one of their staff decided to pull out on us in a 40mph area – forcing me to slow and be a lot closer than I prefer. Then, he continued to drive 20mph in said 40mph area, before slamming on abruptly, forcing me to do the same. The driver then continued to drive slowly into the 60mph area. Clearly, his intentions were to cause disruption to our journey. Whilst assessing if I could overtake this dangerous driving, he was already gesturing profanities out of his window at us which were returned in kind. Thank you for putting my family at risk on this lovely Sunday afternoon, and giving me the assurance that should I ever need electrical services, NTL won't be the business I choose.

We have used NTL for many years to look after our business electrical systems. I have used NTL to undertake PAT tests for a number of years and a full NICEIC condition report this year. They are an outstanding professional company and what is more they are very responsive, accomodating and peasant people to employ.

Great company, I've used them for many years looking after our rented properties. They've looked after installation, condition reports and call outs.

I telephoned with a very small repair needed to a pull cord switch and I was very pleased that they managed to squeeze it into their schedule the very same day. The receptionist was extremely helpful and updated me at every stage.

All work completed to our satisfaction, price as quoted, in good time. Tidy workmanship, would recommend for all uses.

It was time for out annual maintenance of the fire alarm and emergency lighting as well as PAT testing. Jordan the engineer arrived on time , was smart ,professional and completed the work in a timely manner.I am more than happy with the cost and NTL will be performing the annual checks next year. Fitted two in number smoke detectors. Explained everything that was being done, engineer did first class job! No mess took full precautions ref. COVID-19!

The service I received was 5 star. I recently had a renovation and there was a problem with the electrics. Although they were extremely busy they fit me in so my business could be up and running. They drive 20 miles to visit. I cannot thank them enough. I won’t go with anyone else now as I can trust this company. Thanks so much
