Nik was great to deal with, super efficient, got back to me quickly with what the issues were, and updated me along the way. Picked up and dropped off my laptop for me which was really convenient for me to fit in around work. Highly recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Nick responded quickly to my initial message and sought to understand exactly what I wanted. He completed the service quickly and then talked me through any troubleshooting that I might need in the future. He was very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be returning customers for future IT support.

Took my laptop here for repair. Unfortunately it was unable to be repaired but was quoted for a new lap top and data transfer. Data transfer was done quickly and very happy with new lap top.
