Very late response , when chase what’s happening our application outcome then said they have to speak with property manager but never get return call back, won’t recommend to waste your time

Terrible experience from the property manager, claiming excessive charges for items that were not caused by existing tenants, not following correct residential tenancies act procedures and not accepting fault. Stay clear of this realestate agency.

If I could give zero star, I would. This agency is a complete disgrace. They recommended a cleaning company, assured us there would be no issues, and yet still complained and lodged for a full bond deduction. The real nightmare? A faulty entry door that wouldn’t lock, leaving our security at risk for over five weeks. Despite countless emails, they did nothing but send a dodgy message claiming the owner would ‘look around’ instead of sending a technician. This forced us to move out due to safety concerns. If you claim to be a reputable agency, take responsibility and address serious issues. The entire experience was a joke.

Excellence services from Mr Vidhan Verma, he's professional whereby other agents could learn from his approach. And the house is in condition makes me wanna move in ASAP

Very responsive & cooperative. Niel was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire maintenance process. I highly recommend Niel to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.

Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. There were delays in responses, and it seemed like my needs as a landlord were not prioritised. Additionally, the property management was lacking, which led to several issues that went unresolved. Overall, I would not recommend this agent based on my experience.

Christina Torres and Chris Wright the senior manager has provided me excellent service , reliable ,understanding ,supportive and respectful and not judgemental, especially during difficult times especially been diagnosed with chronic depression and anxiety and as x3 Cancer survivor, interectual disability. They Responded quickly and professionally to any queries I had. Thank you Christina and Chris. Living at the property has given me peace and joy. Till after 3 years pass.I believe my record files as a tenent had been hand over by somebody ,never even show initiative to greet/ introduce who she was beside complaining about the stairs during her first routine inspection. Repeating telling me how long she been working ,touching my belonging and taking orders on what I should do with my personal belongings and ask me why I am sleeping in the other bedroom.. her response it's for "safety." I decide where and which room I want to sleep and where MY personal items to be placed.The last 3 years I have my cats with me and 3 years during ramdum inspection with no negative response with Chris and his past staff ( I provided positive reviews for them too) ,a friendly reminder " how cute your cats are, alittle odor but i/we know you can sort that." She however was treated as She never knew I had pets. And smock on her face that there is a smell. She advice me to arrange her proffesonal cleaner to clean "her property." I followed her orders . She took more photos. After afew weeks with ramdum reschedule due to my medical illness, The proffesonal cleaned the place. She arrived again to do more rountin inspection with more complaining about the stairs. She took more photos and I believe including my personal furnishings. Not one photos of the kitchen bench or walls or sinks, windows..that the professional cleaner work so hard to clean. They were understanding and friendly. She ask more questions, what do you think about the cleaning, I still smell the odour etc. She walk towards the door to live and the lost last-minute response from her "I hope your well now". After 3 days A letter from her I got a termination letter with no grounds. I'm not judgemental but it's just the puzzle piece,not sure of the term coincident . The landlord knew I had cats , ramdum inspection from agents those past 3 years. No negatives no stressed. I'm greatful there will be new laws, new rules regarding about No grounds. This is why.: Because you dont give me any reason, no explanation about the termination we / I needed closures. Tentents like me will have a stressful mental breakdown. This is my very first time with an agency to have this issue, this matter may not be affected and possible treated better for some tenants from her ,but for me , thanks to her ,my experience has broke me down. I felt bullied and not treated fair.

Awesome Experience with Chris Wright and Ingrid Mojello! I had a great experience working with Chris Wright and Ingrid Mojello while searching for an apartment.
