Worst Property management company.The company send us any notices for the annual election two years in a row. When we inquired about running they insinuated that we were past due and we were not. Just horrible!!!

The lack of response from their office is incredibly unprofessional. Not only have they inconvenienced me by not giving me a response regarding my tenants expedited application status but my tenant was also inconvenienced and had to stay in a hotel due to the lack of response and lack of prioritizing his application that was submitted over 2 weeks before move in

I wish I could give 0 stars. Long waits on hold. Lost applications. Extra money for "Rush" is a waste. No one returns calls. And in the 21st Century they want an original police report from the police department - which btw only gives you city or county - instead of a report from a company that provides criminal and background checks that cover the whole country.

First of all I need an option here to leave no star at all. My family paid the express fee to get their application done as soon as possible. First they don’t answer the phone AT ALL. Second, they do not check their emails or website they provide to complete your application. After you get a hold of them after 1 month and a half after paying the fee, trying to call and sending several emails. Emails providing information they do ask once you apply. When they answer they start asking for all this info they already have. They think they can play with people money and time. This is not right at all. This need to upscale amd they need to face the news and police. They take the money and do not do their job at all. This company is all fake and if you don’t think the same try to call the number right now and you will see they don’t answer any calls or if they answer they put you on hold and after some minutes they hung up the phone on you. We are not playing we have kids and family it’s been more than a month and no answer yet.

Impossible to get in touch with Jose Maikel Garcia (Mike). Stopped answering emails on June 11,2024 and have left voicemails for him Monday and now today Tuesday with no response. He promised to help deal with in issues I am having with neighbors and has gone ghost. I live in West Fontaine Condo. Very sad I have to write a google review to hopefully hear back from him or this office.

I would expect any company in this capacity to return calls, answer email message requests, and have their facts straight. Especially after they convey a problem or violation has occurred. They don’t do that!

Review of Neighborhood Property Management I am deeply disappointed with Neighborhood Property Management, particularly their employee, Ms. Elizabeth. My elderly parents, who live in the Shores of Cutler Bay, Miami, FL, have been harassed and mistreated by her. Despite their health issues and need for accessibility, Ms. Elizabeth aggressively threatened them and their caregiver, causing significant distress. On July 29, 2024, my car broke down near their townhouse. I left a note explaining the situation and attempted to arrange a tow. Despite my efforts, Ms. Elizabeth ignored the note and had the car towed without any courtesy call. Attempts to resolve the issue with her, her supervisor, and the company owner were met with unresponsiveness and hostility. Ms. Elizabeth’s behavior towards my elderly parents constitutes elder abuse under Florida law, and the company’s negligence has caused severe distress. I have requested that my vehicle be returned without charge and for a formal apology, but my requests have been ignored. Neighborhood Property Management’s unprofessional conduct and poor BBB ratings (1/5) and numerous online complaints reflect their disregard for customer care and legal standards. Your vehicle was left in a clearly marked no-parking zone and without a community decal. While we understand that car trouble can be frustrating, you should have pushed your car to a proper parking space and requested permission to leave it there. Instead, it was abandoned, creating an obstruction. The comment related to the treatment of your parents is completely false. Our team, including Ms. Elizabeth, strives to treat all residents with the utmost respect and care, especially those with health issues and special needs. We would never condone or engage in any form of elder abuse. Regarding your vehicle, the note you left was noticed, but due to the location and lack of proper authorization, towing was necessary to maintain the community’s regulations and safety. We are committed to addressing any concerns and are open to discussing this matter further to reach a resolution.
