We paid the fee to expedite the process, which was supposed to take two weeks. However, it took them over four weeks, and they refused to refund the expedited service fee, essentially taking our money without delivering the promised service. They failed to follow up and made errors that resulted in our application being forgotten. Had we not visited their office in person, our application would likely have remained overlooked.
