I am in love with the BBL & Moxie! I’ve had three sessions and I look like a younger me with beautiful skin. I’ve had individuals say they couldn’t believe I am as old as I am. Novu has provided additional services that I also love such as skin tightening and laser hair removal. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Maggie and her team! She makes me feel so good about myself. I recommend Novu Wellness to everyone I know.

I really like Maggie and the others at Novu. Maggie and Sarah were ready to jump in and help me with every detail of my needs. They are professional, and easy to talk to, and so understanding. Maybe my wife's experience was different than what she saw in the other reviews. But here it is:
-Location: 5/5. Good overall and nicely remodeled space. Although a little smaller indoor space than other facilities, it is overall cozy.
-Service: 2/5. See below.
My wife went to the open house this evening with positive expectations given what she read online. However, the service was not only poor but unwelcoming. No greeting or inclusion into the services and other discussions reviewing the offered products. All of the other visitors were greeted and were interacting positively with the staff. Not sure why her experience was different but customer service at a minimum level was not provided. The service was "not inclusive", if that makes sense.
We hope other patrons have a better experience. We wish the business well.
