It was a pleasure working with Marshall. He helped to plan our very first Mediterranean Cruise. The cruise was for my son's graduation trip, and he enjoyed every moment. Marshall answered many questions and was super patient with me. We already planning for another cruise for next summer and will be using Marshall's knowledge and assistance again.

Working with Marshall at Nova Travel made our trip to Israel way less stressful. I provided the dates we were looking to travel and Marshall kept an eye on prices and dates for us, finding us the best deal! My mom has some accessibility issues and Marshall made sure to get us airport assistance and seats that would be good for her needs. He also ensured our dietary restrictions were met and when my luggage didn't make it to Israel, he jumped into action and made sure to help have it delivered quickly. My family and I will absolutely be using Nova travel again in the future.
