Our realtor was very kind and easy to work with, and we appreciated their patience throughout the process. However, we often found that they didn’t have much information about the property and needed to go back and forth several times to clarify or correct details. While the communication was pleasant, we would have liked more knowledge and confidence about the listings we were shown. Overall, a nice experience, but could improve in preparation and familiarity with the properties.

When a relative of ours needed help finding housing in Kalispell, we decided to look at purchasing a property. We were coming in from out of state so finding the right realtor, when there are so many choices, was an absolute stroke of luck. Great buyer's agent. Lisa was extremely accomodating. Over the past two years, Lisa has been instrumental in helping me aquire 4 houses that I purchased as investment properties (to become long-term rental units). I found her to be honest, friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. She alerted me to unique opportunities, researched the properties, and met with me to show the properties at a moment's notice to accommodate my busy schedule. She provided her honest opinions. This Included pointing out shortcomings in properties we were viewing even at the expense of losing a commision. When I had questions she usually had the answers and if not she would do the research and find the answers. It was always a pleasure to meet with her. She worked hard to find the right properties to meet my specific needs. She was an excellent buyer's agent and I am sure her knowledge, work ethic, and people skills would also make her a great seller's agent.
We worked recently with Lisa on the purchase of a second home in Whitefish, Mt. She was tremendous throughout the whole process, and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for in a second home. She was always responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. She was great with setting up zoom calls or sending us pictures or even providing us other resources in Whitefish. All around great experience.
