Staff have been friendly before, but tonight I went in 15 mins before close and was prompted to pay on the machine, when I wanted to pay with cash the guy passive aggressively said “now I have to count the till again”. Even though I gave exact change; wouldn’t he just need to add that on to whatever total he got? As long as the store is open, all forms of payment should be accepted without attitude.
