If I could give “0 Star” for a review, I would. Such a pathetic team sitting down at the clinic managing the contact number as well as the booking. I have been a regular customer with them for more than 2 years and faced alot of delays and issues but kept continuing because of the Dr. however this time the operations team have gone oevrboard with their ruthlessness lying to my face, hanging up on my face, and not adhering to the keen request made for a booking. Claimi my themselves to be buzy with such a pathetic service is an amazement to me. I will ensure this gets escalated to DED department if not the actual owners and management concerned about this.

Went there with father to help him get treatment After they took over 11,000 for “good deal package” father decided to stop mid treatment. Balance left is around 7k. 3 months later still running around in circles to refund the money. They keep tossing me around from one to another and keep promising 1-2 weeks refund. It is sickening how they get people and act all nice but once money collected, it is a whole different game now. DO NOT give them upfront money. Almost feel like a scam :(((((((

I had a fantastic experience at Noor Al Mamzer Medical Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in their services. I would especially like to thank Lincy, who was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. She explained every step of the procedure clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her expertise and caring approach truly made a difference. The laser treatment itself was quick, effective, and almost painless, and I appreciated the follow-up to ensure everything was healing properly. If you’re looking for high-quality laser treatment with expert staff and excellent service, I highly recommend this place.

I visited this clinic before few days ago and my consultation was with one lady names Rana as they mentioned that she is doctor but she has not skills of doctor at all! She is very rude person not polite in the way how she is talking with me as I’m passionate and she is telling me that she does not care about my money I feel that I’m talking with someone in the street not clinic! And the worst one she left without telling me even still I didn’t finish my consultation she mentioned to her assistant that she has other passionate she needs to go to him. Is it the right way to treat your passionate like this!! My advice to everyone who is going to this clinic do not do ur consultation or anything with her it was mistakenly from my side as it is my first time in this clinic !! Thanks to DR Bara and Batoul for you good assistance
