Worst medical centre ever. Never seen so many unprofessional people at one place. I think people giving positive feedback backs are there own staff

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Hamza Ibrahim and the team at Sydney Clinic. I underwent gastric bypass surgery on June 6, 2025, under the expert care of Dr. Hamza, and I was discharged shortly thereafter in excellent condition. Dr. Hamza demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. His clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and compassionate approach were truly commendable. He embodies the highest standards of vocational dedication and medical excellence. The surgery was carried out smoothly and safely, with no complications or side effects. I am confident that this procedure will significantly contribute to the improvement of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. I highly recommend Dr. Hamza Ibrahim for anyone considering gastric bypass surgery. للاسف ما استفدت ولا 1‎%‎ 133111

بعد حضورنا في الموعد المحدد بعد تأكيدات مزعجه ومتكرره منهم، لم يكونوا مستعدين، ولم يكن الدكتور متوفراً الا بعد ساعتين من الموعد :) يتم توقيعك على ورقه ان جميع المبالغ غير مسترده، وبعد أن يتم الدفع، انتظار على كيف كيفك ولا يمكنك الغاء الموعد واسترجاع المبلغ بسبب التوقيع. وبعد الجلسه بمبلغ وقدره، يتم ارسالك لغرفة "الدكتوره الجميلة" ، حيث تعطيك ادويه بمبلغ مساوي لسعر الجلسه!! تجربه سيئه، استغلال واضح، عدم احترام لوقت المريض ولا عقل المريض، لا انصح بالتعامل معهم اطلاقاً 👎🏽

عادةً لا أكتب تقييمات سلبية، ولكن شعرت أن من واجبي أن أحذر الآخرين من هذه العيادة. أولاً، الاتصالات كانت مزعجة بشكل كبير! تم الاتصال بي أكثر من 10 مرات يوميًا، وكلما حظرت رقمًا، عادوا يتصلون من رقم آخر. ثانيًا، عند زيارتي للعيادة، جلست مع الطبيب، وعندما طلبت رؤية نتائج فحص الصور، عرضوا لي فقط صورتين "فيتوشوب" لا تُقنع أحد. لم أرتح وشعرت أن الأمور غير مهنية، وقررت أن أغادر. لكنهم بدأوا يحاولون إقناعي بإجراء فحص دم، بحجة أن الاستشارة كانت مجانية، وبدأوا يعرضون خصومات كثيرة لإقناعي بدفع أي مبلغ. شعرت أن الهدف الأساسي هو فقط الحصول على المال، وليس تقديم خدمة طبية حقيقية. للأسف، التجربة كانت غير مريحة إطلاقًا ولا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذه العيادة.

Worst experience as a customer. They promise you 350 dhs and charge you 800 dhs. Refrain from visiting them. This is surely my last visit even if I get the best of the results. I don't even know that this will work or not. They dont have any good review they are getting because they tell you that if you review, we will give you 200 dhs gift voucher. They r just scams avoid them.

The customer service is fast and helpful it was a good experience and hopefully many more

I've been coming to the centre for monthly braces adjustment & I couldn't be happier with the care i've received , Dr.Waseem has been great throughout my orthodontist treatment-he always takes the time to explain the progress. Highly recommend this center to anyone considering braces or orthodontist care.

I have not experience the center before, However my review is for the customer care service.. I blocked them and they are insisting on bothering, Oh Gosh they can call daily over 5 times, Even I mentioned clearly that I am not interested any more 😐 It's good to follow up with a client however guys if they mentioned that they are not interested that's it.. No more calls no more disturbing, it's really annoying 😑😐

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. They told me the consultation was free, but after the visit, they insisted I pay for it. It felt like their main goal was making money, not patient care. I do not recommend this clinic at all.👎👎 تجربتي مع العيادة كانت سيئة جدًا. قبل زيارتي أكدوا لي أن المعاينة مجانية، لكن بعد انتهائها أصروا على أن أدفع ثمنها. شعرت أن هدفهم الأساسي هو الربح وليس رعاية المرضى. لا أنصح بهذه العيادة نهائيًا.

احلى عياده واحلى واهضم دكاتره وطاقم وموظفين الله يعطيهم العافيه كلهم بدون استثناء بدي اشكر دكتورة سناء كثير هيا دكتورة حقن وفيلر لأنها ما سمعت كلامي انا وانا بقولها زيدي بس هيا ماكانت تسمع كلامي وتقلي اصبري راح تشوفي احلى نتيجه وصدقت وطلعت قد كلامها الله يبارك لها دنيا واخره وانتظروا تعليقي على الدكتوره سعيده نسائيه بس اخلص بعطيك الفيسبوك بنات
